Seeing places like this makes my heart sing. A visit to Liam O'Driscolls Butchers in Skibbereen. The butchers is located off the street, up a house lane beside his home!

Great blog Hugh. Butchers are our answer to honest, reliable, quality #meat. If shoppers don't support butcher shops all year round they will not be there to save the day at #Christmas. Last year we reminded shoppers of this let's try again #CraftButchers bit.ly/2z0VARK

Is one busy month a year enough to sustain the Irish butcher industry? With 14 @CraftButchers closures in 3 months, it’s time for awareness. #notjustforchristmas #buylocal #irish @ranelaghbutcher @JWButchers @mcdigby @katymcguinness @darinaallen @gnelis hughmaguirebutchers.com/your…
