#VaccineInjured with NO PATHWAY for treatment NO training in #VaccineInjuries was provided in 2021, mainly signposting to #YellowCard
Please to have my first piece up on this site. I’m just sad about the subject matter and Welsh government’s treatment of Alison, whose petition was the 3rd largest in the history of the Senedd.
There's a new version of this post

We were constantly told by the Welsh Government to “Protect yourself and your loved ones and to keep Wales safe”. But when something goes wrong, where is Welsh Government to protect us and provide adequate healthcare and support? Healthcare in Wales is the RESPONSIBILITY of Welsh Government , yet they are #gaslighting those with #VaccineInjuries #VaccineInjured #Wales
2025 We tried calling upon Welsh Government to provide a pathway for treatment for patients with #VaccineInjuries We collected over 10K signatures, but the petition was closed with no further action , it was NOT referred onto any other committee .. it was thank you & goodbye The ‘Research brief’ provided did not reflect what my FOI stated No discussion with the #VaccineInjured , I’d even sent my clinic letters as evidence I have had some Members of the Senedd offer ‘sympathies’, one even visited me at home & suggested I’d move home because of the adaptations needed. Why should I move home when it will actually be cheaper to adapt my home , than to sell then buy another property Why don’t they speak out publicly about what has happened to us We were told to “Protect yourselves & your loved ones & to keep #Wales safe” but NOT ONE MS/AM has questioned any of the First Ministers these past 5Years regarding the lack of adequate treatment & support @RhunapIorwerth @PrifWeinidog where is the adequate treatment & support for the Vaccine Injured living in Wales ?

Despite being diagnosed with Post COVID 19 Vaccine Sequelae by a #NHS Consultant 15 months AFTER the AstraZeneca Covid Vaccine, my application for the #VDPS was denied, dismissing the diagnosis I was fit, active, working etc , until the #CovidVaccine caused my #disability , life has changed beyond recognition not just for myself but many others and our loved ones too No Pathway for treatment, just symptom management which is NOT adequate NO adequate support with adaptations, costing us several £1K’s I’ve not been able to get out by myself in 5 YEARS because my home is NOT #Wheelchair accessible Medically retired at the age of 52 yrs, unlikely to recover is written in the assessment #VaccineInjuries may be ‘rare’, but it’s definitely real for myself and many others
Covid vaccine compensation scheme set for overhaul after Inquiry criticism "After more than five years of campaigning, and with the Covid-19 Inquiry explicitly calling for reform as soon as possible, we had hoped the Government would finally come forward with a clear commitment to action, not simply say it would look further at what needs to be done." "We understand that work may be needed to develop the reforms, but there is a real difference between saying you will look at something and committing to deliver it. "Today, we have no clear timetable, no certainty about what will change and no assurance about when families will finally see meaningful progress. After 5 years of campaigning, the Government has recognised the reality of vaccine injury and bereavement. "The government therefore accepts that there is a need for reform of the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme, and is committed to reviewing the scheme to ensure it is fit for purpose and delivered effectively. As part of this, we will work closely with the vaccine injured and their families as we consider how the scheme could be strengthened in the future. The Inquiry's findings and recommendations will be central to this ongoing work as the government considers a range of options for potential reforms." This is a significant moment for every family who has fought to be heard. Now the commitment must become action. We’ll keep pushing until meaningful reform . assets.publishing.service.go… @YvetteCooperMP @andyburnham @DianaJohnsonMP @hmtreasury @DHSCgovuk @BBCNews @CatSnowdon @jim_reed @SkyNews @5_News @Channel4News @BBCNews @itvnews @GBNEWS @Telegraph @DailyMail @clairenewell4 @cazjwheeler @ShaunLintern @Independent @guardian @rebecwhitt

Once again not one MS/AM has questioned @PrifWeinidog regarding the inadequate treatment for the #VaccineInjured in #Wales If you do not meet the criteria for existing pathways in the #NHS, those with #VaccineInjuries are left with symptom management which is not adequate When will the Vaccine Injured living in #Wales start to have adequate treatment that’s suitable for their symptoms We need specialist Clinicians who understand what has happened, who understand our symptoms, who don’t cause relapses in our symptoms by giving graded exercises bbc.co.uk/news/live/c8dx3q14…

Replying to @mabonapgwynfor
@mabonapgwynfor On 16/07/2026 a written statement was released quoting yourself regarding the infected blood scandal “We fully recognise that no amount of compensation can undo the harm caused by this scandal. Nevertheless, it is essential that those infected and affected receive the compensation, recognition and support to which they are entitled, and the Welsh Government will continue to press for progress towards that aim.” gov.wales/written-statement-… What is being put into place for the #VaccineInjured living in #Wales ? For those who have suffered a disability, chronic illness from the #CovidVaccines Will @WelshGovernment recognise & acknowledge what the Vaccine Injured are going through and will adequate treatment & support be put into place, sooner rather than later? 5 Years 7 Months with a life changing disability with no adequate treatment or support
We are real. Vaccine injury is real. Bereavement is real. What isn’t real is the support. The Government now has an opportunity to change that. Its response to Module 4 must deliver the care, compassion and support victims and bereaved families should have had from day one. We don’t need more words. We need action. @YvetteCooperMP @andyburnham @DianaJohnsonMP @cabinetofficeuk Read some of the stories of those affected: dailymail.com/health/article… #VIBUK #VaccineInjury #Module4 #Support #LetsTalkAboutIt

This looks incredible and I'm extra chuffed to see vaccine injuries getting discussed, thank you Chloé 🫶🏻
Why do people with ME claim to know more about the medical aspects of their disease than their doctors? Bc the mechanisms that ensure doctors' knowledge fail in the case of ME, and sick people have created mechanisms of knowledge production and dissemination to pick up the slack

The second is the perhaps even more stigmatised fact of vaccine injuries. Vaccines are very safe and have played an essential role in massively reducing acute deaths from COVID, but in rare cases, they can trigger or worsen ME. Our community includes several vax-injured people.

This👇 @RhunapIorwerth @mabonapgwynfor No adequate treatment or support for the #VaccineInjured living in #Wales Never will trust again
You can’t claim declining vaccine uptake is an important issue while simultaneously ignoring or failing to address the needs of people who have been vaccine injured, and families who have lost loved ones. If confidence matters, support, recognition and compassion must matter too. @YvetteCooperMP @DianaJohnsonMP @DHSCgovuk

“exposed by Alison’s request, which revealed that the All Wales Therapeutics and Toxicology Centre (via Yellow Card Centre Wales) did not provide e-learning modules, structured training packages or formal written guidance specifically aimed at recognising, diagnosing or managing COVID-19 vaccine adverse reactions. Instead, they created an ‘information hub’ whose purpose was mainly signposting to other organisations’ resources (mostly the MHRA)” THE TRAINING WAS NOT THERE IN 2021, NOT WHEN IT MATTERED!!! Unlike what Senedd Research had stated #CovidVaccine #VaccineInjured #VaccineInjuries #VaccineInjury dailysceptic.org/2026/07/29/…

What happens to the #VaccineInjured when we don’t ’fit into’ any of the clinical pathways in the #NHS We are left with symptom management which is not adequate We are dismissed, there’s #gaslighting It was 15 MONTHS before being diagnosed with POST COVID VACCINE SEQUELAE #PostVaccineSyndrome
