@superdrug hi I ordered a Calpol plugin and paid for next day delivery because my baby is poorly. It didn't arrive the next day and then when it did arrive it was the old style plug with the blue light, not the new orange one as shown on your website.

Hey @sainsburys it's been 10 working days now and I'm still £100 out of pocket. And no, I'm not going to DM you again. Sort it out. You have the info.
Update: may have to wait another week for my refund. No reason given. Shambles.
So a week after @sainsburys cancelled our order without telling me I'm still £100 out of pocket, when if you refuse items on delivery it gets refunded the same day. Quite cross.

@sainsburys my order on Sunday evening wasn't delivered and subsequently cancelled. No contact from the store or driver until an email the next morning that it was cancelled. Cash was taken though and not yet returned!
@sainsburys how is it that when you refuse items they are refunded same day but a whole shop cancelled hasn't been 3 days later??
Hey @AskNationwide if I'm overpaying my mortgage I can obviously pay it so why would you *reduce" my monthly payments?? What's the logic?
Glad to know it arrived safely! I dunno... do we count the distance to the bottom of the sea too? 🧐😉

This is massive, and horrific. @NFUtweets is secretly lobbying the government to allow #neonicotinoid pesticides to be reintroduced after Brexit.
It tells its members: "Please refrain from sharing this on social media."
