At 11:15am. this morning, we will be saying a final farewell to a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. I will be reading the attached eulogy.
As many of you know, my dad fought valiantly whilst living with cancer and managed to keep cheering on his beloved @htafc from home.
We will be holding the cremation at Huddersfield Crematorium, Fixby, and will be holding this as a celebration of his life.
As always, thank you to all @htafc fans, @KevinNagleMLS, @r_deegsxx and everyone connected to the club for all your kindness and well wishes.
I just wanted to thank everyone who clapped at the game today. My Dad will have been watching the team with pride. My brother-in-law took my 2 sons & my nephew to watch the game on my behalf whilst I am up in Bailiff Bridge.
My dad will be so happy that we got the 3 points

It is with much sadness and a broken heart that my dad sadly lost his battle with cancer at 20:19pm on Thursday, 8th August.
My Dad died peacefully surrounded by his family.
There are many people I want to thank for helping make memories for my dad.
Sadly I will no longer be at our game against @theposh on Saturday, but 2 of his grandsons will be. If there is any way, whether winning, losing or drawing we could get a round of applause at 82 minutes to mark the 82 years he was alive, it would mean everything to me & my family
I am hoping with the power of social media @CowshedLoyal @htafc and @theposh fans, we could make this happen as we all have one thing in common and that is the love of our families and the beautiful game of football
