Marco Rubio just delivered a defiant speech defending President Trump 🔥 "I firsthand every single day that this is a man who wakes up every morning with one thing as a priority, you, our country, and its future" "The most important thing a President can do for a country is to keep it safe, and there are people around the world that want to destroy it. They want to destroy our country, they want to destroy our way of life." "He was elected to do the hard things, the hard things. It would have been very easy to do what multiple Presidents before him have done, which is ignore the Iran thing, leave it for the next guy" "But this President didn't do that. He confronted it because what Iran wants to do is not just destroy our country, it's destroy our way of life, and threaten our children."

US industrial capacity has been eroding for decades, and with it the fortunes of our middle class and to an extent, our national security. Data center development and our leadership in AI can reverse that trend, finally. Current hysteria to block all projects everywhere is a gift to China.

You didn't like the war and slightly raised costs, so you voted to obliterate your own economy and hand the AI race over to China. Makes sense.

Wonderful religion. So glad to see it thriving in Michigan
Ayham Hussein, un joven iraquí de 15 años, fue juzgado por el tribunal del Estado Islámico por el "delito" de escuchar música durante la oración. Fue decapitado ante una multitud eufórica. ¡Esto es la ley Sharia!

Mr. Vice-President, Please allow me to present a different perspective. The problem was not the Iran War. It was the cease fire. If you start a war, you need to win it and finish it – otherwise don’t start it. This war should have been over six months ago, with the Strait of Hormuz wide open and oil flowing. The second and third tiers of Iranian leadership should have been destroyed, and we should have supported the pro-western forces who could have taken leadership. We stood on the brink of a new, more peaceful Middle East - and then we blinked. We had a chance not only to deny Iran nuclear weapons, but to get rid of the world’s biggest supporter of terrorism. Instead, we had a cease fire, which was followed by months of will we or won’t we finish the job. Every day was a different message. There still is. Is the war over? Is it about to begin? No one knows. There is confusion and inconsistency. In June 2025, America was not involved. This was an Israel vs Iran issue. No one forced the United States to attack Iran then, or in February of 2026. It was a decision made by President Trump. In my opinion, it was the right decision. Once the decision was made, we should not have stopped until the regime fell. But instead, you negotiated a cease fire that didn’t last, didn’t work and left us in no man’s land, with higher prices and our troops still deployed. Our troops could have been home, the Navy returned to its bases, a peaceful regime in place , new alliances forged, and gas prices below $3.00 a gallon. No, Mr. Vice President. It’s not the war. It’s the so-called cease fire.
One of the things the data analysts on our side obsessed over was "composition"—whether the electorate looked close enough to 2024 for Republicans to win. And despite polls that showed a Democrat blowout, the data kept on telling us the same story: in some states turnout was merely OK, in other states it was downright amazing, and in no state was it catastrophic. There was a genuine sense of optimism on our team: our people were showing up. So, I asked the smartest data guy I know, does that mean we're going to shock the world? "No," he told me. "We might do better than the polls suggest. But the data is telling us that a lot of Trump/Vance 2024 voters are pissed and planning to vote for the other guys. Our voters are turning out, but they may not vote for us." Well, that looks prophetic now. Our voters did show up. In Florida, for example, the electorate was 9 points more Republican than Democrat, just a couple points worse than 2024. Undoubtedly there were places we could have done better on turnout. But the main problem is not turnout. The main problem is that many people who voted for Trump/Vance in 2024 voted for Democrats in 2026. There will be a lot of infighting and arguing over what happened and why that is. One of the pollsters I really respect told me that our economic messaging wasn’t sharp enough down the stretch. I’m sure that’s true. But the real reason we lost is obvious to almost everyone. Another pollster—one of the smartest people I know in politics, told me yesterday we’d lose the generic ballot by 13 points. I felt negative going into Tuesday, but even I was shocked by this. In his polling, he saw that a lot of Trump 2024 voters were angry and planning to vote for Democrats. He asked those voters who had abandoned us what would cause them to come back on our team. The top four answers, accounting for nearly all of the responses were: 1) End the war 2) Focus on cost of living/inflation 3) Put America First 4) Change our relationship to Israel Our voters showed up. And the above four reasons are why many of them voted for Democrats. This is according to a pollster who nailed the results. While many spent Monday attacking Rachel Campos Duffy for calling for a diplomatic resolution to the conflict, it turns out her political advice was sound. (She’s also a great person.) In the next few months, there's going to be a lot of gaslighting. Expect to hear any number of establishment politicians say the solution to our woes is amnesty. I'm open to the idea that we should change enforcement—by focusing more on businesses that hire illegal labor, for instance. But anyone pushing amnesty is lying to you. The reason we lost is the war. The president himself said so last night. If you'd like to argue it was worth it, that losing the Senate for the next 6 years was worth it, then do so. Argue it was a worthwhile cost to pay. Agree or disagree, that's at least honest. But everyone knows why we lost. And any honest conversation about where we go from here must start there. I remain hopeful about our country. To the people who are pissed off and want to say, “I told you so”: you’re right, you did tell us so. Take that energy into electing Republicans who share your worldview. To the people who are just pissed at the results, you should be. Let’s take that anger and get back to the work of saving our country.

Kid Rock has Bill Maher’s audience hanging on every word as he delivers a surprisingly thorough takedown of Abdul El-Sayed. Bill Maher tried to interject. Kid Rock didn’t let him. KID ROCK: “Can I tell you about Abdul El-Sayed? ... He wrote an op-ed in college supporting the Egyptian president, who was absolutely with the Muslim Brotherhood, and even called on him to purge the police and the media.” “If that’s not enough for you, in the last debate in Michigan with his candidate, Mike Rogers, they were asked point blank: ‘Who is a bigger threat to America, Iran or Israel?’ Mike Rogers: Iran. Abdul — asked him twice, couldn’t answer the question.” “If that’s not enough for you, throw a big helping of socialism on top. And people talk about assimilation too all the time, right? This man very much is assimilated. Good education, well-spoken, even a good-looking guy.” “You know who else assimilated very well? ... The Fort Hood shooter... So it scares the hell out of me, this Islamic extremism. Is he a wolf in sheep’s clothing, or is he just a wolf in wolf’s clothing?” CONTEXT: Kid Rock grew up picking apples on his family’s orchard in Romeo, Michigan, and got his start DJing house parties around Detroit, where people said the white kid “rocked” the turntables. That’s how he got his name. His Michigan roots run deep. He even teased a Senate run in 2017, and it’s clear he has no intention of letting someone like El-Sayed take over his home state without a fight.

Tonight, I found myself cheering harder for the Golden State Valkyries than I ever imagined I would. And the funny thing is, I don't particularly care about Golden State. I don't particularly care about Atlanta, either. But I REALLY wanted Atlanta to lose. And I think my reasons go all the way back to April 2, 2023. Before that national championship game, I didn't like Angel Reese. Why? Because she was a damn good basketball player standing between Iowa and a national championship. That's sports. Nothing personal. But something changed after LSU beat Iowa. Angel had just won a national championship. Her team had comfortably beaten Iowa. She had every reason in the world to celebrate. Instead, she followed Caitlin across the court, repeatedly gesturing at her, trying to get her attention. And I remember thinking, WHY? You just won a national championship! Go celebrate with your teammates! That moment permanently changed how I viewed Angel Reese. And before someone brings up Caitlin's trash talking, let me make something clear. Caitlin Clark is cocky. She's confident. She's emotional. She talks trash. She gets under opponents' skin. Nobody who has watched her play would deny any of that. But there's a distinction I've always appreciated about her. When the game is over, she celebrates the victory rather than humiliating the opponent. Remember her buzzer-beaters against Indiana and Michigan State? Remember beating undefeated South Carolina in the Final Four? Remember beating LSU in the 2024 Elite Eight? What did Caitlin do when those games ended? She celebrated with her teammates. She celebrated with Iowa fans. She embraced the moment. She didn't follow opposing players around the court trying to rub their defeat in their faces. And that distinction matters to me. Fast-forward to these WNBA Finals. Atlanta blows out Golden State, and there's Angel, taunting the opposition, telling them they're too small and waving goodbye. The game was already decided. And all I could think was, here we go again. Here's the thing that I wish more people understood about my feelings toward Angel Reese. I respect her basketball ability. She's a phenomenal rebounder, a physical presence, a relentless competitor, and she's had a terrific season. I don't need to diminish her accomplishments to dislike how she sometimes carries herself. And I genuinely believe that if she stopped the unnecessary taunting and theatrics, I could enjoy watching her play. I might never become a fan, because I'll always remember 2023, but I wouldn't have the same level of disdain. In fact, when Caitlin and Angel played together in the 2024 WNBA All-Star Game, I genuinely enjoyed watching them work together. I was cheering for Angel, too. Which brings me to tonight. Would I have been upset if Angel Reese won a championship? Not because she didn't deserve one. She and her teammates earned their opportunity. But I knew exactly what would follow on social media. Angel has a ring. Caitlin doesn't. Therefore, Angel is better. And somehow, Caitlin Clark would once again become the central topic of conversation in a championship series she wasn't even playing in. So yes, I was cheering for Golden State tonight. Not because I love the Valkyries. Not because I think Angel Reese is a bad basketball player. And certainly not because I believe Caitlin Clark needs Angel Reese to fail in order to be great. I was cheering for Golden State because I was tired of the taunting, tired of the endless comparisons, and tired of watching Caitlin's name get dragged into conversations that should have nothing to do with her. And watching the same Golden State team that Angel had taunted earlier in the series come back and win the championship? I'm not going to pretend I didn't enjoy that. 😅 – at Byron, MN
