Financial institutions don't move to new infrastructure overnight. In Japan, Progmat, one of the country's leading security token platforms, is bringing hundreds of billions of yen in digital securities onto Avalanche. In the US, Goldman Sachs' $100B+ Treasury fund is now accessible to eligible institutions through Lynq, a settlement network built on a permissioned Avalanche L1. Meanwhile, the New York Stock Exchange has been evaluating Avalanche technology for its proposed platform supporting tokenized securities and round the clock trading. Three different developments, each at a different stage. But they highlight something important about institutional blockchain adoption. Financial institutions need infrastructure that can accommodate their requirements for compliance, control, and settlement. Avalanche's architecture allows institutions to build dedicated networks around those needs while benefiting from blockchain technology.
