Leaks are not "part of doing business." We need to stop accepting that. Here's what a leak actually does 👇 Every leaked PPV adds free supply to the market, and that free supply competes directly with your paid content. A $25 drop bought by 120 fans should earn about $3,000. Every fan who finds it free instead is a sale gone. One leak seen by about 80 people means about $2,000 in sales you never make. And it doesn't stop there. Fans learn to wait instead of buy, and they start to think your content is worth less. Prices drop across the board. The leaker sets your price to zero. Takedowns help, but the same leaker just does it again with your next drop. The fix is to shrink free supply at the source: find out who leaked it, name them, and ban them. When free copies dry up, paid demand comes back, and so does your value. Creators deserve better than "that's just how it is." 💪 #CreatorEconomy #ContentPiracy #OnlyFans #fanslycreator

Hearing about the Canva restructure hits close to home. As fellow Australian tech, we feel it. Building here is already tough as it is. The cost of living, taxes, pricing pressure and market conditions that land hardest on the people doing the work. Even with a generous package (six months salary, a year of healthcare, LinkedIn Premium, a $10k startup grant, keep your MacBook), saying goodbye to teammates and stability is hard. Especially for those in or around startups and the creator side of things. Our thoughts are with everyone affected. We’re sorry for the circumstances. The industry is challenging, and Australian tech keeps trying to make a difference for the people and creators who depend on it. To everyone impacted: you’re not alone. Wishing you all the best in whatever comes next.

Do you love FREE stuff? Refer another creator to Trace and you get a free month. Do it up to 12 times and that's a full YEAR free. A whole year of knowing every paid copy you send can be traced back to the account it was delivered to. Who's the first creator you'd send this to? #ContentCreator

One of the biggest AI companies just started hiding invisible watermarks in everything its models write. Copy it, edit it a bit, paste it somewhere else. The mark still says where it came from. They did it because once text is out in the world, you can't control it. You can only trace it. Now think about your paid content. You sell a $40 PPV to 50 fans. All 50 get the exact same file. When it shows up for free, you have 50 suspects and no answer. So the same person does it again next drop. And the one after that. Your best buyers watch it happen and start asking why they're paying first. Tech giants trace their output by default. Creators get told to file a takedown and move on. Leaks aren't part of doing business. They're a supply problem, and you can't fix supply if you don't know who the supplier is 🔍 #CreatorEconomy #OnlyFans

IF YOU'RE A CREATOR: Stop renting your entire livelihood from one company. Your followers are not your customers, your social media account is not your business, and a platform's willingness to host you and your content today is not a promise to do so tomorrow. Get serious about having your own website, a mailing list where you can, and a way to reach your audience that doesn't depend entirely on an algorithm. Make sure people know where to find you if your account disappears. Get your paperwork in order. Model releases, IDs, compliance shit. Organize it so you can actually access this when they ask, because they will. Keep lines of communication open with people you've shot with. Know where your vulnerabilities are. If your entire income depends on one platform, one payment processor, or one kind of content, that's not necessarily a failure, but it IS a risk you should understand. Give people more ways to support you. Different products, different price points, different experiences. Not every fan wants a subscription, not everyone buys clips. Not every customer wants the same thing. And not everyone has the same disposable income they did two years ago. Yeah, it sucks to set all this up, but if one starts to slow down, you can pivot easier. Backup everything. Don't have a NAS yet? You should get one and you should be keeping your original files along with the final versions. Why? Bc many things can be re-edited for compliance. Start treating other creators like colleagues, not just competition. Compare notes! Share information about platform policies, fees, and actual experiences. Refer customers when appropriate. ✨ Collaborate ✨ Build relationships with people whose skills complement yours. For the love of everything, stop trying to cancel each other for dumb shit. Who cares who uses what editing tools, girl were only trying to get paid. The enemy is out there, not in your heart making you feel insecure.

"Leaks are free marketing." Free for who? Marketing shows people a teaser so they come and pay for the rest. A leak hands out the rest. The full paid drop, to the exact fans who were about to buy it. That's not promotion. That's free supply, and free supply eats paid demand. The leak site gets the traffic. You get the bill. #OnlyFans

This might be controversial, but I'm going to say it. I see so many creators spending an extraordinary amount of time and energy focusing on negativity. What other creators are doing. What platforms are doing wrong. What's unfair. What they don't like. And then wondering why they're not getting the results they want. Here's a thought. Stop worrying about what you can't control and start focusing on what you CAN. Stop obsessing over what everyone else is doing and start focusing on what YOU are doing. Your time, energy and mindset are some of your most valuable business assets. Be careful what you waste them on.

Creators: Do you believe leaked or pirated content has negatively impacted your earnings? I'm curious how widespread this issue is and would love to hear whether you promote SFW or NSFW and how that influences your experience.

comparison in this industry is relentless. What another creator puts in and what it looks like from the outside are rarely the same thing, so be gentle with yourself when you scroll.🫶

Being OK with leaks is being OK with losing money. Movies, music, sports and gaming spend millions fighting leaks. Studios watermark Oscar screeners. Leagues block illegal streams. Creators get told "leaks come with the territory." Why should you just accept it?

OnlyFans paid creators $5.8 billion last year. Now look at the other side. 24 of 43 creators in a university security study had their content leaked. 23 of 32 creators in a 2025 European investigation had been stolen from. Google got requests to delist 3.5 billion pirate links in a single year. That's not a few bad fans. That's an industry built on your work. One leak forum alone pulled over 7 million visits in April 2025. Your paid drops don't stay private once someone hands them out. They get mirrored, reuploaded, and passed around until free becomes the default. DMCA takedowns matter. They clear pages. They push links out of search. But they're reactive. By the time a notice lands, the copy is already out. Then it shows up again under a new URL. Whack-a-mole. Necessary work. Not the same as stopping the leak at the source. Every leaked video is a sale someone didn't make. A sub who didn't renew. Money that should have been yours. A leak isn't just a leak of your content. It's a leak in your bank account. And most creators never find out who started it. Deterrence is the first line of defence. Visible watermarks get cropped. An invisible mark tied to each buyer's purchase doesn't simply get cropped off. When every copy points back to a purchase, leaking stops being anonymous. That changes behaviour before anything hits a leak site. Trace shows which account the leaked copy was delivered to. That same mark builds an evidence pack you can use with a DMCA notice. Wall marking is coming soon. Creators, what hurts more: the money a leak costs you, or never knowing whose copy it was?

Trace is for creators who sell paid content and are tired of guessing after a leak. Every buyer gets their own invisibly marked copy. Same content. Different mark. When a file turns up somewhere it shouldn't, Trace shows which account that copy was delivered to. You can block and report that real paying account. You also get an evidence pack that supports a DMCA takedown. We don't do takedowns ourselves. We work alongside them. Videos, photos and voice notes. Mass messages get one marked version per fan list. No OnlyFans or Fansly login needed. You upload once, download each buyer's copy, and send it in your DMs as usual. Works on any site where you send paid content yourself. Logo overlay is live. Your branding on every copy if you want it. Wall marking and live stream marking are coming soon. For now, keep the wall as the teaser and put the drops that matter behind PPV. How to sign up: Start the 14-day free trial. Card required. Self-serve. Add your buyers. Upload your PPV and mark each copy. Send it like you always do. If something leaks, paste the link or upload the file. Reply here or email if you get stuck.

A leak doesn't just cost you a sale. It changes what your fans think your work is worth. Here's how 👇 Economists call it price anchoring. The first price someone sees for something becomes the number they judge every later price against. Normally that anchor is you. You send a $25 PPV, and fans decide whether it's worth $25. Now say one drop leaks. (Example numbers, not data.) A fan finds last week's set on a leak site and watches it for $0. When your next $25 message lands, he isn't asking "is this worth $25?" anymore. He's asking "why pay for something I'll probably get free?" You didn't get more expensive. Free just became the benchmark. And discounts can't fix it. Drop to $15 and you're still $15 more than the leak. Even your loyal payers start to feel like they're overpaying. So the answer isn't a cheaper drop. It's cutting off the free supply at the source: finding the account that keeps handing your work out, and blocking and reporting it. Creators, have you noticed fans pushing back on your prices after a leak? #OnlyFans

If you want to know whose copy leaked, that's what we built Trace for. Every buyer gets their own invisibly marked copy, so a leak points back to the account it was sent to. creatorsenseai.com
