Koulujen päättymisen juhlinta osuu ajankohtaan, jolloin maastopalovaroitus on voimassa ja olosuhteet ovat poikkeuksellisen kuivat. Pelastuslaitos muistuttaa, että avotulen sytyttäminen on kielletty ja pienikin kipinä voi sytyttää nopeasti leviävän maastopalon.
Pelastuslaitos toivoo, että vanhemmat keskustelevat nuorten kanssa siitä, miten juhlia turvallisesti ja rauhallisesti sekä muistuttavat kaverista huolehtimisen tärkeydestä.
