So I am resigned to the fact that it might take an eternity for Twitter to get around to looking at my account.
So Iโm looking for 1 to 30,000 of my old friends ๐คญ๐

How are the people of Clacton meant to decide in this latest election between a ridiculous looking man with the most insane and unworkable policies and a guy with a bin on his head.

they are coming for gay marriage, they are coming for gay parents,
they are coming for gay kids,
they are coming for bodily autonomy.
all your anti-trans ilk have done is accepted their funding, propoganda and rhetoric, legitimising their hate at every level of society.
Every single person who refers to a โregression of LGBTQ+ rightsโ โ when what they mean is the reassertion of the sex-based rights of women and LGB people โ is helping to undermine LGB rights.
The only question is whether they are inadvertently promoting homophobia or doing so as a deliberate strategy.
In most cases, I fear it is the latter.

Starmer gone.
Neither Wes or Angela have the support.
So just a coronation for Burnham?
(not that I object to Burnham, but I'd really liked to have had the debate, for them pin their colours to some actually policies)

if you ban kids from talking to each other in moderated environments, they WILL find a way around it.
when I was 8 I wrote a messaging app for Econet, every kid in the school used it.
when I was 12 I wrote one for NetWare, every kid across multiple schools used it.

If you ban teenagers from places with "some" controls, they'll just find the places without any. ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
Fix the damn controls, instead of pushing them to the worst the internet has to offer.

you don't get to choose the colour of your skin.
you don't get to choose to be disabled.
you don't get to choose your sexuality.
you don't get to choose to be trans.
you do however get to choose your religion and who you're prescribed to hate.

history will look back on this time and call it the anti-equality era.
the time when equality laws were vilified by the majority and used as a justification for exclusion rather than the inclusion the writers intended.

imagine being trans in the UK right now, it's a roller coaster.
you can't can't get medical care for decades.
you can't get MPs to talk to you.
you can't get any media organisation to talk to you honestly.
