Girl With The Hooks🧶

You honestly do t need all that If you need to record the distance use your phone . Strava works perfectly there you don’t need another gadget to start running . Shoes very many shops sell second hand running shoes for as low as 2 k check Gerry wear on Instagram she Ben sends you a couple of shoes to try before you pay . You don’t need a hydration pack unless you will be doing runs over 3 hours etc . Use your small water bottle 300 ml or 500ml works really well and way to carry around . I only use gels during a race or when trying a new gel before race day to train my gut . I banana contains almost same carbs as I gel and a slice of water melon carry like 30 bob with you for a banana stop . Start with what you have keep moving 🤜🏽
