I think people are forgetting that Notre Dame gets in automatically if they are in the top 12. In the scenario, BYU is 11 and Notre Dame is 12, Notre Dame gets in over BYU as the 11 seed, and then the G6 is 12th. Despite a H2H win, BYU would get left out in this scenario.

I had to put money in for a venue I was told was free, a pot bonus that was taken away by the venue owner last minute, and the money for setups I was told would be covered by sponsors. $10,000 plus. Unless I have a free venue, I will never host a major or big event EVER AGAIN.
I usually just look the other way on the AP Poll because it’s a giant joke, but this is just insane. As @JoshPateCFB says, DRUGS.

Last week, I had Ole Miss at No. 5 and Florida rounding out my ballot at No. 25.
In my eyes, giving UF a 10-spot bump for one game a month into the season seemed like a fair move.
I didn’t want to put a team I had 25th all the way up into the top 10 (unless it was like the first week), especially since while their offense is obviously great, their defense is… shaky.
Ole Miss I still have top-10 because I’m very high on them still and they do have that great win over LSU (I intentionally placed them ahead of the Tigers because of H2H).
