Spreading awareness of the fact that Blizzard hit ball with a hard nerf to his grapple in this mid-season patch and disguised it as a bug fix.
Ball is a high skill-ceiling character and a change like this disproportionately effects high ranked players who have put their time and dedication into mastering his tech. This is just cutting players' legs out from under them.
