USTX is issued on tx chain and built for what comes next: tokenized stocks, ETFs, and other real-world assets, providing stable liquidity on their native chain.
Why a natively issued stablecoin?
Tokenized markets are only as strong as the liquidity behind them. Today much of that liquidity sits in USDC, spread across many networks. USTX concentrates it into one native balance on tx, acting as a settlement layer for assets issued there.
In traditional markets, trading and settlement are separate processes. On-chain, the asset and the payment can move together, and a native stablecoin allows that process to scale efficiently.
USTX is one of the final additions before the tx marketplace goes live: a simple way to bring dollars onto tx and use them across the assets issued there. For issuers and traders, that means deeper liquidity in one place. For the ecosystem, it means the foundation is set for those assets to arrive.

This week marks the point when vision becomes reality and an idea becomes a product.
There have been a few times in my life when I had a front-row seat glimpse into the future: in the early 90's joining my father at his work where they built servers for the "World Wide Web"; in 2004 being at a Massachusetts college that had early access to The Facebook; and now, building tx.
We believe what's missing in tokenization is a user-friendly, intuitive experience to access, explore, and invest in tokenized assets. We aim to be the end-to-end operating system that solves fragmented liquidity, gives developers & issuers a reliable distribution channel, and provides users with a unified, frictionless entry into the tokenized world.
This week we launch our first product - a Super App that will be the eventual onchain gateway to all tokenized assets.
Our app & platform will be the launchpad from which tokenized assets will be issued, aggregated, and distributed on the tx blockchain, with $TX being the utility that powers the tokenized world.
Tokenization is revolutionizing value creation, ownership, and transferability - and tx is the gateway to that future.

tx leadership was fortunate to meet with SEC Crypto Task Force staff today.
The tx team presented materials focused on three areas that matter for the next phase of tokenized markets:
1. Aligning with existing SEC and FINRA frameworks through regulated-entity partners, while exploring additional potential paths for compliant blockchain-based issuance.
2. Using tx Smart Token functionality to program compliance at the token level, implementing investor eligibility, jurisdictional rules, transfer restrictions, and whitelisting directly within the asset itself.
3. Exploring potential paths toward decentralized secondary market activity that may satisfy evolving regulatory mandates.
Compliance is not a feature. It is the foundation.
