We reviewed more than 3,000 cases submitted through our support channels and DMs, and resolved over 475 involving issues on ZecBit’s side All cases confirmed in this review as ZecBit-side issues have been resolved. The refunds and NFT airdrops for those cases are complete This review covered several weeks of work. We checked submissions against payment and order records to establish what happened and whether a refund or NFT delivery was required. Reports with mismatched transaction details required additional verification before they could be assessed During the final three-day push, two managers gathered cases for our founder to review personally and process refunds Building early NFT infrastructure on Zcash has meant working through wallet integrations, RPC interruptions, delayed confirmations and marketplace issues. Our team continued developing ZecBit while reviewing reports and resolving the confirmed cases For GTD, we airdropped NFTs where the review confirmed that a ZecBit-side issue prevented a mint. All NFTs for those confirmed GTD cases have been sent An unused GTD allocation can reflect different situations. A mint may not have been attempted, the wallet may not have submitted the transaction successfully, an RPC connection may have failed, or a submitted transaction may have remained unconfirmed in the mempool. The fact that an allocation went unused does not, by itself, tell us which of these happened or establish that ZecBit caused the failure Where the available records do not establish what happened, we cannot reliably attribute a missed mint to the platform. Compensation was therefore based on verified ZecBit-side failures rather than GTD status alone This GTD compensation round is now closed.
