Growing up in the United States, NYSE was synonymous with the story of American capitalism. I vividly remember learning about the Buttonwood agreement in 9th grade history class. 24 stockbrokers met under a tree on Wall Street and formed the beginning of what would become the world's financial center. From pits to computers to now onchain markets, America has always led the way in innovating markets to improve price discovery and capital formation. Today the next chapter begins with ICE, trade[XYZ], and Hyperliquid. ICE started as an electricity-trading platform in 2000, growing to acquire NYSE itself in only 13 years. It is a key infrastructure provider of America’s energy, bond, and mortgage markets. ICE is a rare story of exponential growth of a financial giant over decades, continually embracing innovation and technology. trade[XYZ] was the first HIP-3 deployer and responsible for spearheading the flourishing global RWA perpetual market today. Only a year ago, trade[XYZ] launched its first RWA perpetual markets. They took a bet on HIP-3, which had just launched after months of tireless development. Having followed their journey from day 1, I cannot overstate how much Shoku and the team have poured into growing these markets to a genuine source of price discovery for the most important assets in the world. Over the past three years, Hyperliquid has pioneered onchain infrastructure to house all of finance. Hyperliquid is nothing without its world-class builders. I am honored that trade[XYZ] and ICE have chosen to build on Hyperliquid to bring perpetual contracts to America. When I first spoke to Jeff Sprecher around a year ago, he asked what success looks like to me. I thought for some time and joked that it would be seeing ICE building on Hyperliquid's technology. I could never have predicted the progress that we've made as a community in a single year to make this come true. Excited to see what we can build together next.
Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and trade[XYZ] have announced their plan to use Hyperliquid as the infrastructure layer to deploy perpetual futures markets for US traders across crypto, equities, commodities, foreign exchange, and other real-world assets, subject to regulatory approvals. ICE operates NYSE and some of the largest exchanges and clearing houses globally. In this structure: + Hyperliquid serves as the underlying technology infrastructure via HIP-3* + trade[XYZ] designs and implements the markets + ICE operates the regulated market and clearing structure Existing trade[XYZ] HIP-3 markets will remain unchanged. Hyperliquid is a neutral infrastructure layer with the goal of supporting large parts of the financial system. As with HIP-3, HIP-3* deployers are independent operators who use Hyperliquid as the onchain infrastructure layer for their own markets, while retaining control and responsibility over their deployment.

trade[XYZ] and ICE, owner of the New York Stock Exchange, are joining forces to bring 24/7 perpetual futures on Hyperliquid to the United States. In just over a year, our markets on Hyperliquid have surpassed $650 billion in volume. They provide continuous price discovery for stocks, indices, and commodities, and have become trusted reference points for retail and institutions alike when traditional markets are closed. Much of the world trades them. Until now, Americans could only watch. We intend to change that. Subject to CFTC approval, trade[XYZ] and ICE plan to establish a new, dedicated U.S. market, with novel exchange and clearing infrastructure built on Hyperliquid. Planned contracts span equities, indices, commodities, FX, and crypto, with access through participating brokers and platforms. We’ll share more on products, eligibility, and timing as approvals progress. ICE brings more than 25 years of experience operating regulated markets, clearing, and managing risk. trade[XYZ] brings the product development, market design, and technology behind the most liquid and robust markets on Hyperliquid. Innovation and the protections of U.S. regulation shouldn’t be a trade-off. Together, we plan to prove it. ICE is making a strategic investment in trade[XYZ] and joins us in building towards the future of Hyperliquid. A small group of market luminaries is joining as well, beginning with Stan Druckenmiller. For more than four decades, few investors have anticipated the great turns in markets as often as Stan. We’re proud to have him with us for the next one. We’re building the U.S. market in parallel with our existing HIP-3 markets, which we’ll continue to expand and innovate on. We expect both to flourish. They each have a long road map ahead, from new asset classes to new ways to trade them. To the Hyperliquid community, whether you were here before us or came because of us, thank you. You took a chance on new markets and you made them matter. You’ll forever be a part of this story. Anything. Anytime. On ICE[XYZ].

Why Bitcoin Failed to Rally After CPI and PPI “This creates an imbalance: weak spot buying, thin liquidity, and elevated leveraged positions. When positive macro news fails to lift price, leveraged longs can begin to unwind.” – By @xwinfinance

Shenzhen just held the world’s first humanoid robot MMA event. This is absolutely the most futuristic city. The white one even kicked the black’s head clean off in a spinning high kick! Brutal!

$Btc ve bazı majörler sarsılırken, konsolidasyonla altların besleneceği bir süreç yaşayabiliriz. Yani bazıları genel markete bakıp piyasa kötü derken, nitelikli projeler fiyatlama yapacak.

Pump and dump activity for $RAVE originated on @bitget @binance @Gate Call to action for both @heyibinance @GracyBitget to do better and launch internal investigation offboarding the responsible actors. Offering up to $10K bounty of my personal funds for whistleblowers to come forward privately to share evidence about parties involved We cannot allow this blatant market manipulation by insiders controlling >90% RAVE support to further extract from retail investors.

Since the second half of last year, a lot of my friends(OGs in crypto) left crypto, as they started to doubt their original belief in crypto/blockchain/Web3 like do projects really create value to the world, what’s profit market fit, only speculations like meme/perp/prediction projects survive in this cycle, do web3 projects like infra/social really have values? Right now, it’s almost the toughest mode for startups, vcs, traders and users. Narrative play is not working, and hot topics shift every week. Organic liquidity is drained to lower and lower on cex and dex. Even without listing fees, few ppl want to buy new/old tokens. Market manipulators create pump and dump with leveraged perp to operate small cap or old coins every day. We can always say defi or trading is the only pmf for crypto/blockchain. But OGs and builders like @VitalikButerin @pmarca always paint a bigger vision of world computer/web3 to not replace but at least build a better internet or crypto eat the world. With llms like @OpenAI @claudeai, not just crypto but all industries are facing a 100-1000 to 1 problem: one experienced person can do 100-1000 ppl’s job with llm’s help. New tools and products are releasing too fast and will be faster for the next 1-2 years. Not just in crypto but in web2, tech and engineering start to become admin work(assigning tasks to llms to complete). No matter for vcs and startups, keep pivoting and shipping is the only way out, until can dominate the particular sector. Staying relevant is the easy to say but hard and have to achieve to survive in this new meta. My Ph.D. advisor always says persistence pays off. Hope we can win this uphill battle. To friends, to ogs, to builders, to dreamers, to crypto. The controversies behind Binance listings🚨 1. The Zerebro case (October 2025) Founder Jeffy Yu said Binance asked for $1 million in cash to list his AI token ZEREBRO on Solana. 2. Limitless CJ Hetherington’s accusation Limitless’ CEO claimed Binance demanded 9 % of the total supply and a $2.25 million “security deposit.” The breakdown he shared: • 3 % for Binance airdrops • 3 % for marketing programs • 3 % for BNB holder rewards Binance called these claims “false and defamatory.” 3. The Tier-1 case Simon Dedic (October 2024) Investor Simon Dedic, CEO of Moonrock Capital, said Binance requested 15 % of the total supply from a major project that had raised about $100 million. He valued the listing alone at $50–100 million. 4. Employee and internal scandals Former staff member Amrita Srivastava reported a colleague for taking bribes to speed up client onboarding in Binance Link. She was fired a month later and filed an unfair dismissal lawsuit in the UK. 5. “Girlfriend Coins” rumors Between 2024–2025, community rumors spread about listings allegedly linked to Yi He, Binance’s co-founder. Projects like Hooked and Sleepless AI were mentioned as “favorites.” Yi He denied everything 6. Market-maker controversies Wintermute was accused by Jeffy Yu of taking 10 % of $ZEREBRO’s supply for market-making Other firms like GSR Markets and DWF Labs usually take 1-5 %, often with vesting to prevent dumps. In 2025 Movement Labs suffered a 90 % price crash after a market maker allegedly sold 66 million tokens (10 % of supply) right after its Binance listing

We've been investigating aster volumes and recently their volumes have started mirroring binance perp volumes almost exactly Chart on the left is XRPUSDT on aster, you can see the volume ratio vs binance is ~1 Chart on the right is XRP perp volume on hyperliquid, where there's some decorrelation Aster doesn't make it possible to get lower level data such as who is making and filling orders, so until we can get that data to verify if there's washtrading, aster perp volumes will be delisted
