Someone is going to launch the first runner on @LitecoinVM
Might as well be you.
Launch on Base. Land on Litecoin.
notus-pad.fun/
What the tax did so far, in numbers.
Notus graduated with 160.4 cbLTC and 191M NOTUS in the pool. Since then the harvest has run 250 times.
Each run sold a slice of the tax, burned half, and put a quarter back into the pool as liquidity: 7.18 cbLTC and 1.75M NOTUS added, LP tokens locked in the migrator like the rest.
Burned: 7.9M NOTUS, 0.79% of the supply gone.
From November 1, the first ten coins to graduate on Notus get their DexScreener listing paid by us.
Fill the curve, 160 cbLTC, and we cover the Dex paid update: logo, links, description on the pair page, the day you graduate. First Ten Coins.
Lester goes first, it graduated this week.
Create on notus-pad.fun now on base automatically migrate to Litvm once mainnet live.

Binance ๐จ๐จis balance sheet restructuring & trying to stop a bank run that was likely already forming due to their internal bad debts or fractional reserve practices. . Binance is facing a massive liquidity crisis (maybe due to bad loans, FTX-style internal trading desk losses, or regulatory freezes). They need to lock up $6.3 billion in user funds without admitting insolvency. ๐จ
They engineered a "hack" using the EIP-7702 vector. They move the funds to wallets they control. They freeze $3B of it (to stop the bank run on their own exchange) and let $3.3B "escape" into dormant BTC wallets and Uniswap swaps (which are likely wash trades back to their own market makers). They crash the market 4-5% to liquidate short positions and scoop up cheap assets.
๐จ
Look at the forensic breakdown of the attack. In the span of 20 minutes, the attacker drained funds across ten different blockchains, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, Solana, XRP, Optimism, and Avalanche.
๐จ
These blockchains do not share the same cryptographic curves or key types. Bitcoin uses ECDSA (secp256k1). Solana uses Ed25519. XRP uses its own variant of ECDSA. A single compromised laptop does not possess the magical ability to sign valid transactions across ten fundamentally different cryptographic architectures in 20 minutes. As TRM Labs explicitly noted in the forensic data, a single phished Ethereum authorization cannot explain Bitcoin, Tron, XRP Ledger, Solana, and layer-2 transfers all occurring simultaneously
๐จ
If a real hacker compromised their laptop, they would have to navigate Binanceโs internal infrastructure to access 10 separate, isolated hot-wallet signing services, bypassing hardware security modules and multisig requirements for each individual chain. That takes hours or days of lateral movement, not 20 minutes.
๐จ
The only entity capable of executing simultaneous, validly signed withdrawals across ten different chains in 20 minutes is the exchangeโs own internal automated withdrawal engine
โ๐จ
According to the on-chain data, the attacker took 325 million USDT and swapped it for Ethereum on UniswapX at a 10 percent discount, paying a massive premium for speed.
Professional market makers absorbed that trade. Why would an external hacker take a 10 % haircut on an irreversible, unsanctioned swap when they control the wallet? They wouldn't.โ ๏ธโ ๏ธ๐จ
Furthermore, the Bitcoin stolen was split into exactly 1,000 BTC chunks across 17 new wallets and then sat completely dormant.
๐จ
It was not laundered. It was not moved to a mixer. It was organized into clean, institutional-sized blocks and parked. Hackers do not park stolen funds in neat, 1,000 BTC increments. Institutional custodians do this when they are restructuring balance sheets or moving funds to cold storage under their own control.๐จ
The attacker even routed test transactions back to itself before the main sweep.
This is the behavior of an internal engineer testing a deployment script.๐จ
โ-
Binance is doing exactly what FTX did before its collapse, just with a more sophisticated smokescreen. They have halted withdrawals. They are promising to make users whole with money they do not have.
๐จ
Within the next 30 to 60 days, Binance will slowly resume withdrawals for small retail users to maintain the illusion of solvency. Large institutional whales will find their accounts frozen indefinitely pending "investigation" into the hacked funds. The $3.3 billion in Bitcoin and Ethereum currently sitting in dormant wallets will not be recovered. It will be slowly commingled with other exchange flows over the next year to quietly plug Binance's internal holes.
๐จ
You are watching a bank robbery designed to hide the fact that the largest exchange on earth is out of money.

Over 500 trades on the Notus testnet already.
Season 0 runs on LitVMโs Liteforge testnet, on faucet money, and the top 100 wallets of the season get real tokens at the end of it.
Somebody asked on X if the airdrop is retroactive. Yes. Points are counted from the padโs deploy block. If you traded on the testnet two weeks ago, you are already on the board.
One thing to be clear about. The testnet here is also the proof of migration. The same contracts run there to show that the move from Base to LitVM works: the migration has been rehearsed on it twice, with real snapshots of Notus, same holders, same price, all checks passed.
The main token is $NOTUS on Base. When LitVM mainnet opens, it is the first coin to migrate, and every holder goes with it.
20 points per LTC traded, half more on a coin you hold through graduation, 2,000 for a coin you create, the first 25 buyers of a coin doubled. The leaderboard is live.
notus-pad.fun/
The security review of Notus is public.
An independent reviewer went through the whole thing: the contracts, the migration to LitVM, the site, the points service, the npm supply chain. 11 findings, 4 High, 4 Medium, 3 Low, no Critical.
Every one of them is answered. Everything that applies to the pad on Base is fixed and deployed, the harvest that could be sandwiched first of all: it now sells a slice every five minutes, whatever the day. What is left applies to the LitVM pad and lands with it.
The report and the status of each finding, from the footer of notus-pad.fun.

๐จ Breaking ๐จ @LitecoinVM is undergoing a surge of activity from developers after making new highs of 400 Million total transactions on the #Litecoin testnet this past week. Now at 420 Million transactions, it has been one of the most worked on layer 2 builds in #Cryptocurrency.

Most people still think $LTC is just a payment coin.
But something interesting is happening behind the scenes. ๐
@Notuspad is now listed in @LitecoinVMโs testnet app directory.
๐น Token launches priced in Litecoin-backed assets.
๐น Smart contracts already deployed on LitVM testnet.
๐น Plans to migrate tokens, holders and liquidity from Base to LitVM mainnet.
๐น zkLTC designed to power gas fees and DeFi activity.
Think about the evolution:
โฎ๏ธ PAST: Litecoin was primarily used to transfer value.
โก NOW: Developers are building EVM applications around LTC-linked assets.
๐ NEXT: Token launches, liquidity pools and DeFi could create entirely new sources of demand for Litecoin.
Mainnet is not live yet. But this is bigger than another token launchpad.
What happens when $LTC becomes more than money you send and starts powering an ecosystem you actually use?
The Litecoin story may be entering a new chapter. ๐
Notus is in the LitVM app directory.
testnet.litvm.com is where LitVM lists the apps running on its testnet, by category. Notus is there under Launchpad Tag.
What the listing says, in full: a token launchpad with bonding curves and locked pools, every coin migrating to LitVM at mainnet.
What it means in practice: the same contracts that run on Base today run on the LitVM testnet, Liteforge.
The Base to LitVM migration has been rehearsed on it twice, with Notus and Lester, same holders, same price. Season 0 of the points runs on it now, on faucet money, and the top 100 wallets of the season get real tokens.
When LitVM mainnet opens, Notus does not launch there. It moves there, with every coin and every holder it already has.

New feature added to the website :
Launched a coin on Notus without a website or an X account? You can add them now.
Open your coinโs page with the creator wallet, the creator panel has fields for website, X and Telegram. Save, and the links are written on chain next to the coin. Only the creator wallet can do it, the contract checks.
Same panel you use to go live and to redirect your fees.

Gm notus and @litecoin Fam .
7,140,000 NOTUS burned so far.
Every trade on Notus pays 1% tax.
Half of it is burned, a quarter goes to liquidity, a quarter to the creator.
Nobody decides when: anyone can call harvest, bots do it every few minutes, and each call sells one small slice and burns its share.
And a milestone few hours ago: $LESTER filled its curve. First coin launched by a creator on the pad to graduate, 160 cbLTC raised, liquidity moved into a locked Uniswap pool in the same transaction, at the price the curve closed at. Congrats to the Lester holders.
Growing with you.

The wallet by DeBank checks the site first: notus-pad.fun is listed by DeBank, with a protocol page at debank.com/protocols/base_noโฆ.

Base Announced both their "Trencher Grant" and "Builder Grant" program, and with that comes opportunities
I found a project named @Notuspad that is basically building what @EnvelopeTrade built for ARC but for LITVM
@LitecoinVM coin seems to be dropping soon and 50% of supply will go to incentivize the ECO and their builders
This is THE first launchpad to launch "crosschain" coins on base that later will be bridged to LITVM 1:1 using cbLTC
Here is why im a BULLA
They are followed by @LitecoinVM themselves, the @litecoin intern is or atleast was insane (IYKYK) And that turns into a possibility of some interesting memes popping on LITVM
LTC is an OG coin with an OG community almost as cultish as xrp, the taxidriver coin nr2 if you may

Season 0 of points is live on the Liteforge testnet. Every trade on the testnet pad earns points, 20 per LTC traded, more for graduations and invites. Public leaderboard: notus-pad.fun/points
The top 100 wallets at the end of the season receive an airdrop of real tokens, Notus among them.
Season 1 is ready and opens before LitVM mainnet, on a date we will announce. It is the first ranking that counts. Points are recomputed from the indexed trades, so nothing is lost if a rule changes.
How the launchpad works:
A bonding curve with virtual reserves: one price for everyone, no presale, no team allocation, 1B supply all in the contract.
When the curve fills, graduation happens in the same transaction: the reserve seeds a Uniswap v2 pool at the closing price and the LP goes to a contract that releases it only through the 24-hour timelock, for the migration. Nobody can pull it, us included.
Platform fee 0.5% a trade. A coin may add its own tax, up to 10% a side, split as its creator fixed between creator, holders, burn and liquidity. The tax is sold a slice at a time, never all at once.
The move has been rehearsed twice on the Liteforge testnet, the last time with a graduated coin and its pool.
Same contracts on Base today and on LitVM at mainnet. notus-pad.fun/about
Run a node, save a chikun.
Go to litecoin.org/ today and download the latest version on your laptop or desktop computer.
You'll also be able to generate an optional MWEB Litecoin address that hides your totals and transactions other MWEB addresses as well!
The Notus testnet on LitVM is going well, and it pays to use it.
Every wallet that trades on the testnet pad earns points: 20 points per LTC traded, buy or sell. More if a coin you hold graduates (+50% on its points), if you created it (2,000 points), if you were among its first 25 buyers (points doubled, up to 100), or if you invited the wallet that trades (10% of their points).
The leaderboard is public at notus-pad.fun/points. The top 100 wallets at the end of the testnet receive an airdrop of real tokens, Notus among them, when we go to mainnet.
Thank you @litecoin , @LTCFoundation and @LitecoinVM for the chain this runs on.
20% of $NOTUS locked.
20M NOTUS from the dev wallet, Team Finance lock on Base until Nov 15, 2026.
Short on purpose: the LitVM migration comes next, and locked tokens canโt migrate.
Same 20% gets locked again after.
Proof: basescan.org/tx/0xd42b822c83โฆ
Seems ALPHA
Notus is live on Base: a token launchpad priced in cbLTC, Litecoin wrapped by Coinbase.
A coin sells along a bonding curve. At 800M sold it graduates into a locked Uniswap v2 pool, in the same transaction, at the price the curve closed at.
Every coin launched here moves to LitVM mainnet, Litecoin's EVM layer, the day it goes live: same holders, same price, its pool included.
