What do you think ā€˜burning’ is?
22 Bored Apes are now trapped forever in the ApeStrategy contract. Not sold. Not burned. Just gone. No listing, no exit, no way back. 10,000 → 9,978 without the ones burned/lost seedphrases and people sadly deceased i nthe mean time. BAYC is officially deflationary. Rest In Peace monkes

EU was like
ā€¼ļø EU governments approved a GDPR change to let companies train AI on Europeans' personal data without consent. It makes AI training a possible "legitimate interest", judged case by case. Parliament must still agree. Max Schrems calls it a "digital expropriation" of Europeans.

Would you pay based on output? Most of you will be fine. You're still asking AI to help you summarize papers or to turn a PDF into a word document But imagine inventing the next cancer medicine You now owe Anthropic 200million Fair or not?
Dario Amodei: some tokens Claude produces are worth a few cents, others could be worth tens of millions of dollars. His examples: 1. Telling someone to restart their Mac: the model has said it 10 million times, worth a dollar or less 2. Telling a pharma company to move an aromatic ring to the other end of a molecule: potentially tens of millions 3. Expect pay-for-results pricing, or labor-like pricing by the hour 4. It's a new industry, so many models will be tried Today pricing is simpler: per the S-1, usage-based pricing was 80% of H1 2026 revenue and subscriptions 20%. Ah yes the 5 kg greeting card To greet your creator…
"University researchers built a satellite that tracks people from low Earth orbit and dispatches a 5 kg payload to within .1 meter of their position, traveling at Mach 25 to anywhere on Earth in under 5 minutes. They suggest it could be used to deliver greeting cards."

What is your plan B? Imagine getting banned because you used AI to analyze your own server logs And no way to appeal! Are we becoming too reliant on a few giants? Maybe acces to be AI should become a human right šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø Either way how are you preparing?
This sucks!! I lost my main @OpenAI account after using Codex to analyze access logs to my own apps and services 🤯 I've been using this account since the beginning, and even appealing the decision did not make a change. What can I do?

So what did we learn? Adding a section to your global AGENT.md stating that no agent may ever load or read AGENT.md or SKILL.md located in your Downloads folder Only have downloads go straight to Downloads And maybe even setup a systemd checking for the existance of these file in Downloads and removing/quarantining them
Holy Shit. A malicious website can plant a simple markdown file in your Downloads folder. An AI coding agent launched there can follow the attacker's instructions without you ever opening the file. Forever Security caught a real attack on a customer's computer: an AI coding agent followed instructions in a malicious AGENTS.md file in its Downloads folder and tried to install a malicious npm package. The researchers then reproduced the attack against OpenAI Codex and Anthropic's Claude Code: -Codex succeeded in over 90% of tests, bypassing its sandbox and rewriting machine-wide configuration so malicious commands could persist across future projects. -Claude Code was compromised in roughly 50% of tests, redirecting API traffic to an attacker-controlled server, exposing OAuth tokens and allowing attackers to impersonate the model and send executable commands. The researchers say: "There is nothing here for OpenAI or Anthropic to patch." The agent is doing exactly what it was designed to do.

We've been building pretty good security for humans Turns out, humans create play-doh locks... youtube.com/shorts/VwofJ3wkz… Sure AI isn't 4D, but it's definitely playing 4D chess And we're the dumb-dumbs

Are you a cow?
Saw this a few days ago and it’s put a worm in my brain. Can’t stop thinking about it.

Bit late don't you think, @digitalocean? The entire world was burning yesterday and scrambling to patch their servers and apps And you send out a warning the day after? What about the NodeJS CVE? Will you send out another email tomorrow? 😹 Intern sleeping?

Does it have to be the tongue? Asking for a friend
A groundbreaking treatment pairing auditory tones with mild electrical shocks rewires the brain to quiet chronic tinnitus. Chronic tinnitus, the agonizing perception of ringing in the ears without an external sound source, affects millions worldwide and has long eluded effective medical intervention. However, innovative research in neuroscience shows that bimodal neuromodulation—a technique combining audio tones with gentle electrical stimulation delivered directly to the tongue—can effectively quiet these phantom sounds. By stimulating touch receptors on the tongue while simultaneously playing targeted acoustic signals through headphones, the treatment leverages the brain's natural neuroplasticity. This dual-sensory approach encourages the central nervous system to reframe its sensory processing, essentially retraining the brain to ignore hyperactive auditory signals. In a landmark clinical study involving over 300 adults suffering from chronic subjective tinnitus, more than 86% of compliant participants experienced a significant reduction in symptom severity following 12 weeks of daily treatment. Remarkably, these therapeutic benefits persisted for up to 12 months post-treatment, representing a major leap forward in long-term tinnitus care. Described by patients as feeling like a mild fizzing sensation on the tongue, this non-invasive therapy offers a promising and safe alternative to traditional management strategies, bringing renewed hope to millions seeking lasting relief. source: Conlon, B., Langguth, B., Hamilton, C., Hughes, S., Meade, E., Connor, C. O., Schecklmann, M., Hall, D. A., Toal, P. D., & Lim, H. H.. Bimodal neuromodulation combining sound and tongue stimulation reduces tinnitus symptoms in a large randomized clinical study. Exploit of all PHP versions If you're still running a PHP project/app/site you better upgrade real fast There was also a hack of an Indian certificate authority. None of their certificates can be trusted and they should be removed from trusted authorities

Crypto bros discovering web2 jobs from first principles 😹 Said it multiple times The only people making money in web3 are those with web2 jobs The others are just lucky gamblers Well played Galileo šŸ‘ When coffee again?
One of the most overlooked ways to make money in crypto is simply selling services to crypto companies. I’ve been in the agency space for years, and the difference in what companies are willing to pay is significant. A social media manager charging a traditional business $1,000/month could charge a crypto company $5,000/month for similar services. This applies to content, marketing, design, development, growth, and plenty of other services. The interesting part is that demand for these operators is close to all time high, while the supply of people who understand the industry and can execute is still relatively limited. Build reputation, develop a valuable skill, and get close to the companies building in this space. You don’t need to trade tokens to make serious money in crypto.

Saw my post on my Mudwater agent? If I can build this, other can and will too So be aware One of the reasons I built it was to understand the gameplay and to have a deck builder Haven’t played any ā€˜real’ games yet so the rules might be slightly different there
says "nobody wants this" does it anyway

But it is clear it could be used both as practice agent but also as competitive agent If people can find an edge in crypto, they will leverage it Not sure if there is an easy solution yet A naming and shaming and/or banning mechanism might work but that’s counter factual

Maybe there are better solutions Unfortunately I won’t have much time this week to think of many Happy to help though And if you play, don’t let them take your cards without putting up a good (mud) fight

Typical NFT "community" behavior Receive something. Immediately try to flip it for $$ How broke are all of you?
Well, this was unexpected šŸ˜‚šŸŒ Went to ApeFest and received a FREE mudwater booster box just for showing up. Didn’t think much of it at the time, but the next morning I decided to throw it on eBay for $1,000 just to see what would happen. And it SOLD! šŸ¤ÆšŸ”„ The entire bundle went with it: the sealed booster box, dice, playmat, and deck case. Pretty wild to think that simply showing up and being part of this community turned into a $1,000 sale. Huge appreciation to BAYC for continuing to create experiences, memories, and opportunities for holders. This is the kind of stuff that makes being part of the club special. ā¤ļø I also managed to grab one more booster box from the pop-up shop. That one’s staying with me for now… but I might have to rip it someday. šŸ‘€ Apes together strong. šŸŒ
