Thank you collectors! 🫰 “Mild Mishaps in the Wild West”
In this exhibition, @cutsdatflo places futuristic vignettes across America’s most iconic landscapes. Across 20 artworks, decay, debris, and absurd moments are layered into each scene, with small catastrophes and everyday follies set against the scale of the land.
Thank you to Anthony for the work, and to our community of collectors for supporting the artists we collaborate with 🤲
↓ Here’s a round up of collectors and their pieces
Mild Mishaps in the Wild West #5 → Collected by @Cryptobscure
"personal growth" by @m0dest___ pairs a gentle joke with a hard truth.
The artist's note shows the expectation that healing would make us neater, more put together, and then dismantles it with the plant metaphor: growing is organic, messy, and never tidy.
Flowers can bloom from a tangled mind and a fractured frame at the same time.
The work comforts by refusing to polish anything, saying you can flourish and still feel like you're coming apart.
"Nervous" by @mendezmendez turns a clinical image into an emotional one.
The word carries a double meaning: this is literally the nervous system, and it is also the feeling of being on edge, and Mendez lets both readings breathe at once.
The glowing red head suggests thought as the source of unrest, while the fine, fragile filaments show how anxiety travels, quietly and everywhere.
Set against total darkness, the figure feels both scientific and vulnerable.
It is a delicate, intelligent piece that treats anxiety as anatomy.
"I Fucked Up" by @mendezmendez understands that regret is rarely loud.
The body stays composed, even beautiful, while the mind burns unseen, and the work locates shame precisely there: in the gap between how we appear and what we feel.
The hands over the face are both concealment and surrender, an attempt to hide from a consequence that is already visible to everyone.
The vast, indifferent sky suggests something quietly devastating: the world carries on while we combust.
Mendez turns private mortification into something almost dignified.
Another surprise for Marfa. Take a Seat by @deltasauce will be on view at 8NAP House alongside Before It’s Gone.
Take a Seat considers how much of life passes by while our attention is elsewhere. It can feel difficult to allow ourselves a moment of rest when there is always something else to look at, answer or keep up with.
The digital and physical works share an invitation to pause. The physical component was made in collaboration with @woodificouldart
Neither form promises permanence. The digital work may outlast the physical, yet its future is uncertain too. That uncertainty gives the invitation to take a seat some urgency. We have a chance to pay attention while these things are here, rather than waiting until we’re remembering them.
Experience Take a Seat at L8 Night.
A skeletal green horse under @DEADMASKSS’ hand feels like something caught mid-run and mid-decay at once.
The bones of Horseman #376 glow through the hide while the rider stays solid in the dusty brown, and the whole thing moves with a quiet urgency against the hills.
It’s the kind of piece that sticks because it doesn’t shout, it just rides straight through the haze of @AndrewRiBT’ 4 Horsemen collection and leaves you looking twice.

Hiding these around Marfa.
For those who are chronically offline this week.
"perfectly normal" by @m0dest___ is a chilling piece of irony.
The title shrugs off what the image refuses to excuse: a child's face already worn by adult habits, his eyes replaced by red crosses like warning signs.
It questions what we learn to accept and who gets hurt when we call it normal.
The grainy, washed-out look makes it feel like a haunting relic. Striking work again by m0d!
“The Garden of Live Flowers” by @pixeljunkie is pure nightmare fuel in the best way.
Alice stands there, tiny red bow the only softness left, while the “live” flowers loom as black, X-eyed grins that look ready to snap.
The ink-splatter chaos and cold blue tones turn Carroll’s cheeky garden into something that actually feels alive and watching.
Clownland done right. Absolute heat. 🖤
"La Piscine" by @louis16art is serene, rhythmic perfection.
A lone swimmer glides down her lane in a sea of soft turquoise, framed by crisp lane ropes and bold outlines that give the scene a clean, graphic charm.
The calm palette and steady, looping motion feel meditative, capturing the quiet focus of swimming laps.
