We may be approaching this cycle’s psychological nadir. @HHorsley is right. The substance has gotten ahead of the price. Gox, ICO collapse, Terra, Celsius, FTX, and every winter in between. Yes, @COLDCARDwallet has destroyed faith in self-custody, and there is less panic now than exhaustion. People are worn down. Will it get worse before it gets better? Probably. But in the long run, we will prevail.

Sometimes you need to punch back harder. The @NationalSheriffs’ Association offered a bullying, alarmist, and institutionally maximalist intervention. @BlockchainAssn answered. For its spokesman, the Sheriff's made the baffling choice of Mecklenburg County's notorious Garry McFadden, who faces a removal petition alleging attempted extortion and corruption, willful misconduct, and maladministration. The Charlotte Observer Editorial Board called him “no longer fit for the role.”

Last night I addressed the @NC_Blockchain + AI Founding Dinner, which brought together top industry leaders and legislators committed to building America’s premier destination.
