CLAIM YOUR $10,000 IN CLOUD CREDITS FOR FREE !
you don’t always need funding to access startup resources.
cloudflare has a startup program that offers eligible early-stage companies cloud credits to build and launch their products
so how to claim your credits ?
first, build your identity
before applying, prepare these 3 things:
a domain for your startup
an email address linked to that domain
a working website that explains your product
then, submit your application
here:
cloudflare.com/startups/
explain what you’re building, who it’s for, and why it matters. Make sure your website gives reviewers a clear picture of your product
a domain alone won’t make your application stand out. Show them something real
also don’t ignore these
credits have a limited lifespan, generally up to 12 months
they can run out before the expiry date if you use them all
a payment method may be required. Usage not covered by credits can result in charges
approval isn’t automatic, and review timelines can vary
If there’s no update after a week, try contacting [email protected]
make your application stand out
present a genuine software product or startup.
make your website accessible and easy to understand.
use a professional email associated with your domain.
explain the product clearly instead of submitting a vague description.
check the eligibility rules before choosing a credit tier.
bookmark and share this before your next build !

HOW TO GET MORE JOB INTERVIEWS WITHOUT SENDING 100+ APPLICATIONS 💻
stop applying to every job and hoping someone notices you.
try this instead:
1. find companies before you find vacancies
follow founders, early employees and investors in your niche.
when a startup launches a product, expands its team or raises funding, research whether it needs your skills.
don’t assume they’re hiring. look for actual evidence.
2. search for problems you can solve
a web3 startup posting daily but struggling with content?
a developer building in public but with no proper documentation?
a small team that needs someone to manage its community?
these are potential leads, not confirmed vacancies.
if you can identify a genuine need, you have a better reason to reach out.
3. build a tiny proof of work
before messaging, create something relevant.
content role: write 3 post ideas for the project.
developer role: build a small demo or contribute to an open-source issue.
designer role: redesign one screen and explain your decisions.
community role: suggest a practical plan to improve onboarding.
don’t spend a week doing unpaid work. a small, thoughtful sample is enough.
4. contact the right person (important)
find someone close to the team or the hiring decision.
send a short, personalised message explaining what you noticed, what you can do and where they can see your work.
no begging. no generic copy-paste dms. no asking for a job in the first sentence.
5. apply and follow up
if a suitable vacancy exists, apply through the official link.
then message the relevant person, reference your application and share your strongest piece of work.
follow up once after a few working days. if they don’t respond, respect that and keep moving.
so, what makes you different from everyone else?
you’re not just sending another resume and waiting.
you’re showing the team what you can actually bring to the table.
this approach takes more effort per opportunity, so focus on a few relevant companies instead of messaging 100 random founders.

THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I MADE USING AI FOR WEB3 WASN’T TRUSTING IT TOO MUCH 😨
IT WAS ASKING IT THE WRONG QUESTIONS
i would type:
find me some good Web3 projects
and get back a clean list of projects, basic descriptions and the same names everyone on CT was already talking about.
then i realised something:
AI wasn’t bad at Web3 research.
i was giving it nothing useful to work with.
so i changed the way i prompt it.
instead of:
find early Web3 projects
i started giving it an actual job:
find smaller Web3 projects that are showing early signs of real usage
look at the last 6 months.
check user growth, transactions, fees, revenue, developer activity, funding and integrations.
don’t pick a project just because it’s trending on X.
show me the data behind each project and clearly tell me what is fact and what is your own assumption.
the difference in the output is massive.
same thing with tokens.
i mainly want to understand the selling pressure over the next 6 months.
use current data and tell me if anything can’t be verified.
much better.
find wallets that repeatedly entered before big moves, took profits and showed the same pattern across multiple trades.
ignore wallets with just one lucky trade.
show me the transactions behind your findings.
you can do the same for finding new narratives.
don’t ask:
what’s the next crypto narrative?
you’ll probably get the usual AI answer.
ask:
look at what has been happening in Web3 over the last 90 days.
find areas where users, developers, funding, transactions, fees, revenue or new launches are actually growing.
rank the areas based on the data, not X hype.
for each one give me:
why it’s interesting
what projects to check
what could go wrong
what would prove the idea wrong
another thing i use a lot:
give AI your idea and ask it to prove you wrong.
example:
i think this project is getting real adoption.
try to prove me wrong.
look for growth caused by incentives, fake activity, a few wallets controlling most of the activity, temporary spikes or anything else i’m missing.
same for Web3 jobs.
don’t type:
find me a crypto job
give it your actual experience:
i’m looking for Web3 roles in content, social, community or BD.
tell it what you’re looking for, what data matters, what it should ignore and how you want the result.
especially in Web3, always ask:
show me the data behind this.
because AI can give you a very confident answer even when the question itself was shit.
bookmark this right now
you’ll get a lot less AI slop next time when you prompt 🫢
WANT A WEB3 JOB FOR FREE $0 ?
save these websites.
most people search for crypto jobs in random places and end up wasting hours.
Main websites to try:
web3.career
biggest volume. filter by role, chain, remote + salary
cryptocurrencyjobs.co
startups + protocols. strong for both tech and non-tech roles
cryptojobslist.com
older crypto job board. product, growth, community, engineering
Remote
remote3.co
remote-first Web3 jobs
crypto.jobs
marketing, sales, ops, BD, product + technical roles
sailonchain.com
smaller + curated. exchanges, L1, L2, DeFi
Starup Route
wellfound.com
early-stage startups + equity opportunities
want paid contributor work:
laborx.co
freelance + contract crypto work
dework.xyz
DAO bounties + contributor roles
don’t apply to everything.
first start with,
web3.career
cryptocurrencyjobs
cryptojobslist
then add Remote3 if you want remote.
use LaborX + Dework if you’re looking for your first paid contribution.
some opportunities appear there before they ever hit a job board.
bookmark this so you don’t miss 🫡
FINALLY CRACKED X ALGORITHM 👀
(worth reading)
the biggest mistake you can make on X right now
thinking growth comes from posting more.
it doesn’t.
you can tweet 5 times a day, reply to 100 people, chase every trending topic and still spend months going nowhere.
because the algorithm isn’t just looking at whether people interacted with your post.
it’s looking at whether they actually cared.
think about how people use X.
someone sees your post.
they stop scrolling.
they read it.
maybe they spend another 20 seconds on it.
then they reply with their own opinion.
someone else quotes it.
another person sends it to a friend.
and someone who has never seen your account before decides to follow.
that is completely different from getting 50 random likes from people who barely read the post.
this is why I’d stop obsessing over likes.
a like is cheap.
attention is expensive.
and this changes how you should create content.
don’t start with:
what should I tweet today?
start with:
what do I know that someone would genuinely want to read?
then package that idea properly.
a strong hook gets the click.
a useful idea earns the attention.
a good payoff makes people stay.
and something genuinely worth sharing gets the post outside your existing circle.
this is also why blindly copying viral posts is becoming a terrible strategy.
you can copy the format.
you can study the hook.
you can understand why the post worked.
but if the actual idea has nothing new to offer, people have no reason to care.
and when you keep recycling the same content, your account starts feeling predictable.
another thing people get wrong:
posting more isn’t always better.
six average posts can easily be worse than one post that people actually remember.
talk to people because you have something to say.
build relationships.
find smart people outside your usual circle.
get your content in front of different audiences naturally.
and please stop with the fake engagement bait.
if the only reason someone interacts with your post is because you asked them to, that isn’t real demand.
people follow you because they actually want more from you.
so if your account has been stuck for months, don’t immediately conclude:
I need to post more.
maybe you need better ideas.
maybe your hooks are weak.
maybe your posts don’t deliver what the hook promises.
maybe you’re talking to the same audience every day.
maybe you’re optimizing for likes instead of attention.
or maybe you’re simply publishing too much average content.
growth on X isn’t about finding the perfect posting frequency.
it’s about becoming harder to scroll past.
make people stop.
that’s a much better game than trying to trick the algorithm.
new month is here
tell me what you actually want to learn this month
what do you REALLY want to learn?

STOP BUILDING PORTFOLIOS THAT LOOKS LIKE BORING 😳
your portfolio should make someone stop scrolling before they even read your resume.
I found 5 websites worth studying if you want to vibe-code a premium portfolio, take this as reference !
bruno simon → bruno-simon.com/
the portfolio IS the experience.
3D, physics, interaction and exploration.
what you should do is, make your website demonstrate your skills instead of just talking about them.
cassie evans → cassie.codes/
motion is the entire pitch.
her site uses animation and interaction as the main visual language.
if motion is your skill, make the homepage prove it.
jhey tompkins → jhey.dev/
playful UI experiments instead of a boring project grid.
turn your experiments into proof of what you can actually build.
brittany chiang → brittanychiang.com/
minimal. dark. structured.
projects, experience and skills are presented without unnecessary visual noise.
you don’t need 50 animations to make a portfolio feel premium.
active theory → activetheory.net/
this is the extreme version.
full-screen visuals, motion and immersive digital experiences.
treat your portfolio like a creative studio website, not an online CV.
NOW VIBE-CODE YOUR OWN.
don’t prompt:
build me a premium portfolio.
that’s how you get the same AI-generated website everyone else has.
instead:
pick one reference
study the layout
identify the interactions
give the reference to your AI coding tool rebuild the concept around YOUR work.
then keep iterating until the AI slop disappears.
your portfolio shouldn’t tell people you are good.
it should be the proof.
save these 5 references before you build your next portfolio 🫡❤️
5,000 bookmarks won’t make you better in Web3 👀
one thing i wish i started doing earlier in web3:
keeping a proper record of my research.
because your X bookmarks are not a research database.
you see a protocol → save the thread → forget why you saved it → 3 months later you have no idea what you were looking at.
a much better setup:
Obsidian + Claude
make one folder for your web3 research and create a note for every project you seriously care about.
keep things like:
→ team + investors
→ funding rounds
→ docs
→ tokenomics
→ github
→ onchain data
→ important X posts
→ competitors
→ your own thoughts
but the most important part is this:
write down WHY you’re watching it.
not just:
raised $10m
instead write:
i’m watching this because the team has shipped X, is backed by Y, and the upcoming Z could change the adoption story.
then update the same note whenever something happens.
after a few months, you have something most people don’t:
a searchable record of what you believed, what you found and what actually happened.
then bring Claude into it.
instead of asking:
what is this protocol?
you can ask:
what did i already know about this?
that’s where AI becomes actually useful for research.
not replacing the researcher.
remembering the researcher.
save this if you’re building a serious Web3 !
. @X has taught me one thing
effort and reach have absolutely no relationship.
random thought can get thousands of impressions.
but a post you spent hours making can disappear like you never posted it
this algorithm is unpredictable 😭
YOUR COLLEGE ID IS NOT JUST FOR ATTENDANCE 😭
SAVE THIS BEFORE YOU GRADUATE.
