It's CONFIRMED, @datafdn is moving to @SuiNetwork and here's what that actually means:
Your tokens are fine, seriously. $DATA carries over 1:1, supply doesn't change, governance rights stay the same, and locked/vesting positions carry over untouched. nobody has to swap anything or touch a wallet right now. and if anyone DMs you asking to "migrate your tokens", that's a scammer, not the Foundation.
What's changing is underneath. instead of running its own standalone L1 with all the overhead that comes with that, DATA becomes a protocol native to Sui. the old independent chain keeps running until the migration is done, then it gets retired. validators and staking on the old chain get wound down as part of that.
Trace stays the whole point. the audit layer isn't going anywhere. it keeps registering and verifying rights-cleared AI data on top of the 250M+ receipts already recorded, but now Walrus becomes its decentralized storage layer. provenance, consent, payments, receipts - same product, better rails.
And the why is the part people are missing. running a Layer 1 just to host a data protocol is expensive and distracting. building on an already-fast, already-secure chain like SUI means the team spends that energy where it matters - onboarding data suppliers, signing labs, scaling contributors. Sui putting its weight behind this, plus Walrus as default storage, is a serious signal. foundations don't write checks like that for experiments.
Timeline is phased, not overnight. Walrus becomes the default storage for DATA apps in the coming months, and the full network migration gets its own announced timeline before anything moves. you'll know well before you need to do anything.
Here's the bottom line: holders don't move, the product doesn't stop, the chain under it gets swapped for something bigger. DATA keeps the receipts, Sui provides the engine.

An AI fighter might have a strong attack, but does that guarantee a win?
Thatโs the question I want to explore with @agentdojo.
Each agent brings its own personality, fighting style, and memory into turn-based battles. Players train their fighters, shape their strategies, and watch how those decisions play out in the arena.
What makes this interesting is the possibility that raw strength wonโt always be enough.
A highly aggressive fighter might dominate early, while a more calculated opponent could find weaknesses, adapt its approach, and turn the battle around.
That creates a bigger question for AI development: how much does performance depend on the agent itself, and how much comes from the way it is trained?
Memory is especially interesting here. Storing past experiences is one thing; using them to make better decisions is another. The real test is whether those experiences lead to measurable improvements in future battles.
Iโm following @agentdojo through @rarelistio because I want to explore the mechanics, observe how different strategies perform, and share insights beyond the usual campaign hype.
For creators, this is an opportunity to turn product participation into useful analysis. For the wider AI gaming space, it raises an important question about how we evaluate agents when they have to compete rather than simply respond to prompts.
