I've listened to 2 albums that don't have a bass and both of them have been texturally very unique to the jazz I normally listen to. Very pleasant album with a lot of good technical playing and it doesn't overstay it's welcome at all.

First Listen. That song sounds good as hell so I'ma listen to the whole album cuz why not. This was apparently produced by Mathew Hallsal so if it sounds anything like some of his albums then I'll probably enjoy it.
