Hey everyone who follows me on @JucoHoopScoop that account has been hacked by some ruthless bastard who has nothing else to do but be destructive and gets their jollies being a total jackass.
Please do not post to the account or reply to any posts as I am not in control.
I am not getting any help from "X" to retrieve the account. Not sure what I'm going to do. That network took a long time to build and not sure I have the energy or desire to start over.
I was nearing 5K in followers.

Final score:
Lincoln CarpetLand Rugs Post 500 (NE) - 9
Portland Barbers Post 158 (OR) - 6
After falling behind 6-1 heading to the bottom of the 3rd, the 2026 ALWS National Champion Rugs unrolled, scoring runs in 4 consecutive innings to take control of the game.
CarpetLand tallied singletons in the 2nd and 5th, and crooked numbers in the 3rd and 4th to go up 9-6 ad the rest was history.
Bases clearing bombs by Jackson Makovicka and Cade Anderson, both 3 run shots, did the damage.
Brodie McIntire singled in Makovicka in the second to get Lincoln on the board. Then Makovicka's launch came in the 3rd, which narrowed the deficit to 6-4.
The back-breaker for Portland came in the 4th when the Rugs plated four more, highlighted by Anderson's big fly catapulting the Nebraska squad into the lead they didn't relinquish 8-6.
The final score in the game came in the 5th when a two out triple by Dele Odulate scored Sam Sutko who had walked.
Santino Arranaga took the ball first for Lincoln. He was not involved in the decision. He went 1 β
giving up 4 runs (all earned) on 3 hits, fanning 2 and walking two.
Greyson Bjorkman followed with 5 β
innings, surroundering 2 runs (1 earned) on 4 hits, striking out 4 walking 6. He gets the win.
Cooper Berta opened on the mound for Portland. He left after 2 β
allowing 4 runs, all earned, on 6 hits with 1 strikeout and walking three.
Nolan Foglio relieved Berta, he he gets the loss, serving up the Anderson dinger which flipped the scoreboard to Lincoln's favor.
Foglio gave up 4 runs (3 earned) on 4 base knocks, didn't walk any and fanned 2.
Lincoln finishes their World Series Championship season with a salty 55-7 record. Nebraska has the second most American Legion teams registered totaling nearly 300. Minnesota has the .ost with well over 400.
The Barbers carded a great season themselves at 40-9-1 in route to their ALWS runner-up campaign. Portland was the 3rd straight team in the ALWS who finished at 1-2 in pool play to make the Championship game.
Congrats to both teams on a great show in Shelby, and to the Rugs on capturing the title.
Jaden Tragesser led the Barbers attack going 2-4 with a double and a single and 3 RBI.
The Barbers were held to two singles after they built the 6-1 lead in the 3rd.

SEMIFINAL MONDAY
GAME 14 GAME SUMMARY
Midland Barryhill Post 165 (MI) - 0 vs Lincoln Carpet Land Rugs Post 500 (NE) - 10 (5 innings)
The Rugs got to starter Jimmey Sequin early grabbing a one nothing lead in the top of the first. In his two innings, Sequin allowed 6 runs, all earned, on three hits, the big boom was the grand slam by Dele Odulate as Carpet Land posted a 5 spot in the 2nd frame to make the score 6-0. That really took the air out of the Midland sails.
Kalai Larsen, fresh off his 29 pitch start and win in Sunday's W over Fairfield Expos (CA), picked up where he left off, shutting out the Cali kids thru 4 innings on no hits. That's when the rain came, halting play with Lincoln in complete control, up 10-0.
The two run bottom of 4th for Post 500 put the pressure on Midland to score at least a run in the top of the 5th to avoid the run-rule stoppage. Lincoln score those two on one hit after two were set down.
Jackson Makovicka singled, following a HBP to Sam Sutko, C. Little walked to load them up. Pinch hitter Santino Arranaga reached base and knocked in a run on a FC grounder to SS. That made it 9-0. Then with the third straight pinch hitter at the dish, Trevor Roach, the third straight pinch batter at the dish, a wild pitch let in another run.
Carpet Land used 5 hits, 6 walks and 3 hits batsmen to build the ten run margin.
Played resumed in the bottom of the 5th after a weather delay of over two hours. Mdland was trying to stave off a run-rule shortened game in the bottom of the inning by pushing across at least one run.
Trevor Roach replaced starter Kalai Larsen on the hill for Lincoln and was promptly greeted with a single by Gabe Wengener. That base knock broke up the combined no hitter the two CarpetLand hurlers had going.
However, Roach retired the next three in order to send the Rugs into tomorrow's Championship game against fellow pool play runner-up, the Portland Barbers Post 158 (OR).
The two undefeated pool play teams didn't fair so well when crossing over to play a team from the other division. That's why they play the games.
Ten runs, five hits, 1 error, and 5 LOB the line for the winners. Midland was shutout on one hit, and committed no errors while leaving two runners on.
Makovicka went 3 for 3 for Lincoln, but the big blow was the bases loaded blast to left by Odulate in the 2nd which all but turned off the lights on Post 165.
Larsen went four strong for the win. He threw only 59 times allowing no runs and no hits, striking out 5 and walking two.
The starter and losing pitcher for Post 49 was Jimmey Sequin who threw 50 pitches in his two innings.

In the first national semifinal game between the Stripes champ Tupelo 49ers Post 49 (MS) and the Stars runner-up Portland Barbers Post 158, Tupelo broke through first in the second inning with a 1 spot to go up 1-0.
Portland tied it at one in the fourth with a single tally of their own. The score remained deadlocked until the top of the 7th when the Barbers plated 2 more to go up 3-1.
Post 158 holds Post 49 to a scoreless bottom of the 7th to pull off the upset of sorts, defying the odds by becoming the third straight team with a 1-2 pool play record to reach the championship game.
Portland will play the winner of the other Semifinal game featuring the Stars Champ Midland Barryhill Post 165 (MI) and Stripes #2 Lincoln Carpet Land Rugs Post 500 (NE) which is now underway.
That game will be tomorrow, Tuesday, at 6:00 EDT.
In the devastating seventh for Tupelo, the 49ers made their 3rd and 4th errors of the game, the second of which allowed the Barbers to score what proved to be the winning run. Portland extended their lead to 3-1 with a RBI single by Jaden Tragresser, his second hit of the game.
Ryan Frye got the start for the victors. Frye went innings allowing 1 earned run on one hit, walking 3, striking out 4, and hitting two. But he didn't figure in the decision. The only run he and the Barbers allowed was a solo homer by Colon Flurry (his 4th of the tournament).
Cooper Berta came in relief in the sixth and pitched to two solid shut-out innings to earn the win. Coop gave up a hit but it got erased on a pop up double play on a sac bunt attempt. Berta threw 19 total pitches and a 1-2-3 seventh, striking out two, to get the W.
Wyatt McDaniels took the complete game loss (82 PC) for Post 49. He gave up gave up 3 runs, all unearned, on 4 hits, no walks, 4 Ks, and he hit a batter.
The 49ers Eli McDaniels went 2-4 at the plate, with Flurry going 1-1, got HP twice and drove in the only 49ers run with his homer in the 2nd inning. That gave Tupelo the early lead.
Tragresser went 2-4 for Portland with an RBI. Ben Foglio was 1-3 with a run scored.

Three teams tied with records od 1-2 behind undefeated Midland, and Portland Post 158 gets the nod on the tie-breaker for fewest runs allowed between the three.
The Barbers couldn't get much going offensively, only had one hit until the top of the 7th, but strong pitching and solid defense kept them in the game.
Portland got their 3 runs with the help of 5 Barryhill errors and six bases-on-balls.
For Post 165, Jayden Mieske went 1-2 with an RBI and two runs scored, including the walk-off game winner. With one down in the bottom of the the 7th, Mieske walked and touched the plate after three more free passes were issued by losing pitcher Nick Sousa.

If Midland wins, they grab the Stars #1 spot. Portland can still claim #2 if they hold the Barryhill bunch to less than 7 total runs in their game. If not, Jacksonville slips into #2. Or something like that. LOL I do believe as confusing as the system is, a standard double elimination format would be better. If Portland wins, they will be #1 and Midland #2, I think.

Saturday, August 15: G7 at 12:00
Whitehouse Post 284 (NJ) - 3 vs Fairfield Expos (CA) - 2 Kallen Komline breaks a 2-2 tie with a 343' blast to right in the home half of the sixth to give Post 284 their first lead of the tournament, whiched proved to be the game winner.
Fairfield threatened in the top of the 7th on a walk, stolen base and sac fly off reliever Reid Bazydlo, to put the tying runner on third with one out. But Bazydlo (Whitehouse's starting SS) earned the save finishing off the last two batters on a strikeout and groundout.
Gabe Arato, the NJ starter and winning pitcher for Post 284, went 6 strong innings allowing two runs (both earned) on 7 hits, walking 1 and fanning 5.
Whitehouse now sits at 1-1 in Stripes Pool play with a game tommorow, Sunday, against Lincoln Carpet Land Post 500 (NE) 1-0, who's on the clock next vs Tupelo 49ers Post 49 (MS), who is also 1-0.
Meanwhile, Fairfield is in the hole with a record of 0-2, are out of contention for reaching Monday's semifinals. The Expos take on Tupelo Sunday night in the final game of pool play which will have no affect on the Semifinal pairings.
G8 at 3:00 Tupelo 49ers Post 49 (MS) - 7 vs Lincoln Carpet Land Post 500 (NE) - 4
Tupelo posted 4 runs in the second (on a two run homer by Colin Flurry with Jonas Coleman aboard, and a bases loaded double by Eli McDaniels plated two more with the third being tossed out at the plate.
Post 49 pushed across two more runs in the 3rd on a lead-off double by Brayden Edmiston. After the next two were retired Flurry was walk intentionally. An error allowed another runner to score. Then back to back singles by JP Enis and Will Moody, the later's scored Flurry.
In he Fourth, the 49ers tallied again after McDaniels started things off with a single to right. His courtesy runner, Kadin Bennett, promptly stole second, made it to third on an error by the catcher, then scored on an error on the third baseman.
Leading by 7 after 3 1/2, the 49ers had to hold off a stubborn Carpet Land bunch card a 7-4 victory, putting them at the top of the Stars Pool at 2-0. Tupelo, with the win, has clinched the top spot in the Stripes Division and will advance to play in Mondays' first Semifinal against the Stars number 2 team.
Cade Lott got the start for Post 49, covering 2 1/3, and was credited with the win. He gave up no runs on 2 hits, walking 3 and striking out 1. Braedyn Lackie went 3.2 innings to get the hold, surrendering one run on 3 hits. Brody Thompson pitched the final three outs, giving up 3 runs, but the 7 run lead was too much for Post 500 to overcome.
Cade Anderson, who started on the hill for Jacksonville, gets the loss, going 2.2 innings giving up 6 runs, 4 earned, on 4 hits.
Lincoln Carpet Land will hope to rebound in their pool finale Sunday vs Whitehouse Post 284 (NJ) to determine who advances to the Semifinals as the Stripes runner-up.
G9 at 7:30 Jacksonville Rattlers Post 316 (FL) - 7 vs Bedford Post 54 (NH) - 8
Post 54 walks it off 8-7 over Jacksonville Post 316 in the bottom of the seventh on a Jason Topf's yard ball
Bedford, as a result of the tie-breaker on runs allowed, had alread been eliminated from Semifinal contention before the first pitch. But that didn't dampen their competitive spirit or determination.
Leading by three heading into the 7th, Post 54 was three outs away from their first ever ALWS victory. But Jacksonville touched home plate thrice in the frame to force the boys from Bedford to play on.
In that inning, the Rattlers score their trio of runs on one hit, an error, and two hit batsmen.
Topf led off the bottom of the 7th igniting the fireworks on the first pitch he saw, belting it over the left field wall. A dramatic way to end their season, however, with a walk it off dinger to capture the team's first ALWS win.
James Gilbert, in relief of starter Zach Papik, got the win giving up 3 runs on one hit over two innings, striking out 2 and walking none.
Papik allowed four runs on five hits with 5 Ks and 2 walks, in his 5 innings of work.
Ilias Mamea was the loser for Post 316. He was tagged for 3 runs, 2 hits, fanned two and walked 2 in his 2 1/3 innings of work.
