Seen a debate on Facebook people questioning the need for including third party monitoring. If I didn’t have @Openenergymon on this system I wouldn’t know the performance is struggling and needs attention. The inbuilt figures are way out.

So as an engineer I try to provide the best system and set up for my customer/client. We often get told we are too expensive, we also got told by Octopus themselves that they could trim the “fat”. This is just one I got this week, think carefully, cheap is cheap for a reason.

Another customer with bad experience of the "protection" mcs, and the other bodies incorporated into this shambles off a service, are supposed to offer.
Has anyone had a positive experience of a complaint being resolved?
If it makes you feel any better I'm in a not too dissimilar situation. Install was "done" in June 2021, wasn't until the winter started and bills paid realised there was a problem. @LGUK, @HIES_Scheme, @MCSCertified, @officialNICEIC weren't interested. Utterly pointless schemes.
