This could have been so much worse. A truck overtook into a blind corner, and an oncoming car had to take evasive action to avoid a collision. If you can't see the road ahead, don't overtake.

The bike lane isn't a passing lane. If you are in the wrong lane while driving, don't endanger everyone else around you to make your turn.

Roundabout rule #1: give way to whoever's already in it. A driver pulls straight in and nearly collides with a rider.

Close calls don't get much closer than this. If you are pulling out into a bike lane or road, you need to make sure it's clear BEFORE you pull out into the path of someone who has the right of way.
