Update: We have hit a few roadblocks in trying to get permissions for Reverse 10 to go ahead, we will wait until Friday when the First Minister gives his update to see if there are any significant changes and will update you all further at this point.

Osian Perrin breaks Tom Farrell's UK U20 indoor 3000m record of 7:58.68 with 7:58.23 at the BMC Indoor GP in Sheffield.
The 18-year-old was rewarded for bold front-running tactics in the latter stages as he finished behind winner Ossama Meslek and Jake Wightman.

CONFIRMED: Parkrun in Wales is to be suspended from the 1st January.
No cases have been confirmed from the weekly 5km since it restarted in August.
