Carlos Rodriguez is a man who is missing a considerable part of his skull and also his brain. He was born as a normal child. But as a teenager he got into bad circles and drank and took drugs. When he was 14, he was drunk and stoned and stole a car, with which he crashed and flew through the windshield. Then he hit his head on the asphalt. He got into a state where other people become "vegetables." But the doctors removed much of his skull and brain. How they came up with this is a mystery to me. to me it looks like an experiment. The crass thing about it is that Carlos is about the same as before after all this. He answers questions appropriately, still has all his memory and has retained his emotional life. Scientists today do not have a precise explanation for how to live almost without a brain and maintain most mental functions. One hypothesis in the scientific community is that the nerves in the abdominal area partially replace the brain. In other words, our gut brain. I'll look for more about that today. By the way, Carlos is called "Halfly". He gained a bit of notoriety after the Miami New Times published his mugshot after his arrest for prostitution. 

BREAKING: Iran is now claiming they have a nuclear weapon. Yesterday, an Iranian MP (Mohammad-Saleh Jokar) asked the "Islamic Republic Authorities" to permit the use of nuclear weapons. Earlier this week, the Russian foreign minister visited Tehran and stated Russia would be sending it's scientists back to Iran. Yesterday, an announcement was made that Russia would be pulling their scientists out of Iran. Russia sent in cargo aircraft to exfil it's scientists. Question... What was on those cargo aircraft?

The U.S. has over the past three years spent $11 BILLION in taxpayer money on missile defense for Israel. It has fired more interceptors defending Israel than Israel has. That is not a symbiotic relationship. It is a parasitic one.

Germany is running out of refineries, and it now admits that’s a problem. Economy Minister Katherina Reiche: “Whoever loses the refinery loses not only the supply for the gas station, but above all for the chemical complex.” Berlin now says it wants to stop more refineries closing. Look at the timing. Shell stopped processing crude at its 140,000 b/d Wesseling refinery last year. BP’s 250,000 b/d Gelsenkirchen has been up for sale since early 2025 with no buyer. Scotland lost Grangemouth, 150,000 b/d. Europe chose to import its diesel and jet fuel. Now the imports are the problem. Russian diesel exports hit a decade low. Gulf fuel exports run at about half of normal. US diesel costs about twice a barrel of crude. On Friday Germany’s stockpiling agency EBV put out a tender to sell diesel, heating oil and crude from its strategic reserves. In July it was still buying diesel to refill them. Germany’s reserve was meant for an emergency. It’s now dipping into it as winter starts. You can shut a refinery in a year. Building one takes most of a decade.
