Yesterday afternoon, the OnFoods project was showcased to an international audience at one of the most important scientific conferences on food technology: the 22nd World Congress of Food Science and Technology (#IUFOST2024) 🌍.
As highlighted by the President of the Foundation, Daniele Del Rio:
“It is crucial that today at @iufost2024italy we discuss not only research with scientists from around the world 🌐, but also the management and funding model that Italy’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan has adopted to give unprecedented momentum to Italian research 🇮🇹. This is important because the impact will be felt not only in our country but globally, as the challenges facing food systems know no borders 🌾, despite the need to address local specificities. OnFoods, now entering the final year of its three-year term, continues to work on a large scale to develop and improve healthier, fairer, and more sustainable food models 🥗. It does so by embracing interdisciplinarity, which is the only way to bring true meaning to the word sustainability in the food and nutrition sectors.”

The V Edition of the Yakult Academy on Nutrition Communication has come to the end! Happy to have trained over 100 nutrition professionals so far who will use the precious advices of @barbarasgarzi and @AntonellaLosa to find their way on #socialmedia! (1/2)
