Yesterday and today I saw 2 stories of women who were a blessing to their man And I’m silently praying that when it’s my turn God gives me a woman who will bring me peace and God gives me the capacity to make her happy for the rest of our days

IT ENDS WITH US From the quotes, your parents are responsible for this madness. You have to learn how to be a different parent to your kids. Marginalisation against the boy child is not love. How can you do that to your own child? It ends with us. When you see strangers under the rain seeking lift, don't discriminate against men. When you are leaving your church and fellow worshippers need a lift, don't discriminate against men. Everyone needs help. It ends with us. When you're creating opportunities for children, don't discriminate against the boy child. Carry all children along. The boy child you don't train today will be the men left for your empowered girl child tomorrow. It ends with us When you're helping disprivileged people, don't discriminate against men under the assumption that they will figure it out by themselves. Everyone needs a helper. It ends with us. Be the change the society needs.

In 2025 ensure you have the following as you navigate your career: - A mentor: an older person who has walked through a similar journey that you are embarking on - A coach: a paid specialist who will help you understand yourself and how you show up and are experienced - A sponsor: a senior executive who will always advocate for you. They typically pick you based on your hard work and diligence

Three things I have struggled with: 1. God answers prayers but not all the time. 2. Good people can have a miserable end. 3. Sometimes, there is no timeframe for change. I still grapple with these things but here's what has helped: There are evil people in this world who do wicked things. That is why social justice is so important. Eternity is real. Whatever isn't right in this lifetime will be corrected in the next, and we'll enjoy it for much longer. We must trust that God is good and kind. This means that whatever is happening is not born of cruelty or wickedness. But you can't trust who you don't know. And so, spending personal time getting to know God may be more important than church, even if it doesn't replace church. You must know and trust God for yourself, when you're alone with your pain.

The community response so far has been insane 🤯Over 5k downloads in the first 6 weeks. And for a good reason 👉if you are building a platform on AWS, GCP or Azure, you NEED a reference architecture👇

As part of our plans to train 3 million technical talent by 2025, I’m excited to launch the 3MTT programme 3mtt.nitda.gov.ng/ ,targeted at generating a pipeline of technical talent across Nigeria. The programme is a key part of @FMoCDENigeria plans to achieve our objective of becoming a net exporter of talent and significantly grow our digital economy. We are now inviting applications from training organisations to train 30,000 tech talents across Nigeria over the next 3 months in this prototype phase in partnership with @NITDANigeria , as we design the most optimal way to deliver technical training to future cohorts. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneer group of organisations and individuals in our National Digital Transformation journey and I’m looking forward to receiving your applications at this link here - 3mtt.nitda.gov.ng/
