Recently Government of Karnataka has decided to upgrade all the existing PHCs to cater to larger and diverse population. Mere upgradation is futile . Every PHC needs an ECG machine and a monitor with telemedicine facility. We at CAD foundation are striving for that. @mla_sudhakar – at Mangalore, India
