Last week at the @Stablesafrica, I spoke on how AI is reshaping stablecoins in Africa.
The key challenge for stablecoins is trust.
People want safety, reliability and protection from fraud.
My focus was on how AI makes this possible with real-time scanning and predictive monitoring.
And at @Influx_AI_pro, we’re building systems that improve auditing and compliance to strengthen trust without slowing innovation.
Later, I moderated a panel on venture capital in fintech and Web3 with Shogo Ishida, Onafume Akemu, @AmarOdedra and @theucheedeoga
The message was clear: Funding is tighter, expectations are higher, but Africa’s opportunity remains strong.
Investors want founders who show resilience, take compliance seriously and understand that capital today also comes with networks and ecosystem support.
Both sessions pointed to one truth: Trust is the foundation.
For stablecoins, it drives mainstream use. For founders, it drives investment.
