great work @XfinitySupport Service down for 2 days and will probably be down for another 3 or 4 more in the far West suburbs of Chicago. The fun part? They will charge you for the entire time they are down as if nothing happened. Instead of doing the right thing, they just wait for someone to call them out. DISGRACEFUL
