Scientists are at sea on the Scotian Shelf! 🌊 Through annual surveys, we collect data on ocean conditions over the long term.
🐳🐟 We also monitor cetaceans and other species, and we retrieve and deploy equipment. This includes acoustic and oceanographic moorings to detect whale calls, as well as gliders to capture data autonomously.
