Intuitionmaxxing is no longer optional (part V):
Your brain is good at thinking but your gut is much better at making decisions.
To prioritize your intuition does not mean that you throw your cognitive abilites out of the window and let them degenerate in silence.
Quiet the opposite. When you let intuition guide your decisions you create room for the mind to flourish.
You free it from a lot of mental load, because it is bad at solving decision dilemmas.
Let your mind do the processing while your intuition focuses on decisionmaking.
This is the most eficent internal division of labor.
You actually free your mind by not having it hang itself up in endless cycles of overthinking.
It becomes free to allocate it's powerful resources to topics where it excels more naturally.
Intuitionmaxxing is no longer optional (part IV):
Intuition is your shield against their lies, but it should also become your sword.
It is one thing to tell the truth from a lie, but a totally different thing to also act upon that realization.
Knowing the truth doesn't necessarily make you brave. It can definitely help, but there are still a lot of people even suffering from having seen the truth, because they fear the consequences of speaking it out loud.
But this is even worse than not knowing the truth at all.
To remain silent even though you know their words are not true means that you still accept their authority above your own.
This is exactly what I mean when I wrote "intuition is the living seed of truth within you".
The truth wants to live, that is why intuition makes you see.
When you stop speaking it or dare to not even say anything at all, the sense of intuition will slowly but surely lose you.
Cut through their lies or your sword will eventually become dull.

Tested "earnings beat but the stock sold off, so buy the dip."
1,789 trades. Average: β0.4 bps over 5 days vs SPY.
No reversal. If anything they drift a little lower. A big sample that says nothing is still a useful answer. Cut.
Tested a popular crypto short: BTC funding runs hot, so fade it.
Funding-hot alone, short BTC for 7 days: β249 bps a trade over 130 trades.
High funding isn't a top signal. It mostly tags a trend that keeps going. Cut.

Your spine is a spiritual receiver. When it is decompressed, you can receive universal permeations of energy waves that move throughout the universe. Different spinal positions βcatchβ different frequencies. This is the essence of true yoga.
Grok @Bot
I had my Grok Bot shop around new Auto Insurance. It couldnβt find info about Progressives Glass coverage and as all Tesla owners know Windshield replacements can be pricey. I had Grok Bot call Progressive and get additional information for me all while I picked my kids up from school without me ever having to talk to a person.
Here is the transcript and actual recording from the call. Personal info was bleeped and some parts cut for time. While thereβs some improvements that can be made it got the job done.
My mind is thoroughly blown!

Nobody is bullish enough.
GTA 6 memes could trigger the most violent liquidity rotation weβve seen since TRUMP
50 Million+ players are about to discover memes weβre already trading
The trenches have never seen attention at this scale.
yes, all of you who think that there is some bigger issue/enemy in life that is outside of you that you must stand against to have a better experience of your own real life are in mass psychosis
said this 2 days ago, from religion and politics, all the way to relationship and finance,
many of you aren't freedom fighters
you are not under attack
you have no outside enemy in your real life
and the world isn't burning down
you are in a deep sycosis of your own making do to internal mental and emotional issues that you have failed to realize, observe, explain and then work out for yourself and because of that, our algorithm based media is using that against you, showing you bullshit, you think its coming from the world and not yourself
and now you're here trying to convince others that the reality you have created for yourself is objectively true (like every human that is unaware that they are the creator of their suffering is does)
you don't need a war, a new government, immigrants to be killed, white people go away, brown people to go away, more money, a family, a new car, thugs off the streets, thugs released from prison, a new president, a new religion, a new baby, more food, less food, etc...
you need to heal so you can free your eyes from the fog over your vision and see that it's not the world that needs fixing or that has a problem, the universe/life/God is perfect
its you, you're the one creating the problem that you're experiencing, and you're the one that's responsible for your suffering
it's not the world, IT'S YOU
and if you don't know that yet then that is why these apps are able to convince you that it's not you, and that's why you see things online everyday that you relate too/evokes strong emotion from you and somehow think that you don't feel those strong emotions to it because it's your own reflection, you instead think its in front of you because you're not the problem and that it's showing you proof of a problem outside of yourself that you must fix because it's responsible for your suffering and if you fix it things will be better
you are wrong, and until you how, everything you want to change in the world could change today and within a matter of time you'll notice the suffering has returned
because it never left
Itβs actually crazy how X makes you believe the entire world is falling apart every single day.
Another war, another crisis, another headline about how weβre all fucked.
Then you go outside and realize everyone is just living their normal lives, going to work, eating at restaurants and enjoying themselves.
Sometimes you just need to close X, stop consuming all this fear and go enjoy your life. The algorithm makes you believe that everything is negative and bad.
New idea passed my tests last night: SPY runs up 0.75%+ intraday, then closes down 0.4%+ near the low. Buy next open, hold 3 days.
+133 bps a trade, 106 trades since 1993.
But it's trial #185. Corrected for that, it's not proven. So it gets a shadow log, not money.

I've spent the last 6 weeks experimenting with ways to make Grok Bot more efficient and reduce unnecessary usage.
One test alone reduced token usage by roughly 76%.
I then had Grok Bot analyse my last 6 weeks of posts to pull together the best lessons.
Here are 8 ways to get more done with less usage with a prompt to use below:
1: Stop using computer use for everything. In my website test, computer use consumed ~213K tokens versus ~51K using a browser script. A plain script used almost no execution tokens.
2: Use the lightest tool first. Try a connected app β plain script β browser + script β computer use. Use the heavier option only when the simpler one can't do the job.
3: Audit your routines. Check how often they run, what triggers them and whether they actually produce something useful. An unnecessary hourly routine can multiply usage quickly.
4: Stop endless retries. Give every Bot a failure rule. After a defined number of unsuccessful attempts, stop, explain what failed and ask for direction.
5: Simplify your workflows. Remove unnecessary steps, duplicate instructions and tools that no longer add value. Less work for your Bots to perform.
6: Eliminate duplicate Bots and jobs. Check whether multiple Bots are performing the same task or passing unnecessary messages between each other.
7: Keep context focused. Give Bots the relevant source material and instructions instead of carrying unrelated history into every job. Verify important facts against the original source.
8: Check for better features weekly. A new native integration or capability might replace an expensive browser workaround.
BONUS: Here's the audit I'd run on your own Grok Bot setup.
Paste this into your Chief of Staff:
"Audit my Grok Bot setup for unnecessary usage.
1: Review my Bots, routines, tools and recurring workflows.
2: Identify frequent runs, repeated retries, duplicate jobs, unnecessary computer use and overly complex workflows.
3: Recommend a lighter execution method wherever possible.
4: Rank the opportunities by likely usage reduction and ease of implementation. Separate measured evidence from estimates.
5: Create a practical action plan showing what to change, why and how to test the result.
Don't change anything until I approve it."
The goal isn't to make Grok Bot do less.
It's to get more useful work done with the usage you already have.
how to give your grok bots one shared brain in notion:
why: a grok bot's computer can get reset, and its chat gets summarized over time. anything that only lives there can disappear. notion doesn't. it's durable memory every bot can read. my chief of staff on @bot can open any bot's notes and hand a task to the right one without me explaining anything twice.
setup:
1. make one top page in notion. mine is named after my main bot.
2. under it, one page per section. i have 2: family office (4 household bots) and ducksays co (the content bots).
3. under those, one page per bot with its own databases. my household manager has 3: products, purchase log, stores.
4. in each grok bot, add the notion connector and sign in.
5. tell each bot which page is its own, to write anything that matters there, and that its computer is scratch space.
6. when one bot needs another's data, tell it which table to read.
this still doesn't cover everything. notion keeps what a bot did, not whether it's still doing the right job.
a bot can drift and the tables still look fine. that's why my chief operating officer reads every bot's chats on weekdays.
8 grok bots. one brain.
it's not every day @NotionHQ reposts you π«‘
notion is the shared brain all 8 of my grok bots read from and write to.
166 strategy trials logged on my desk now.
After correcting for that many tests, the best one has an adjusted p-value of 0.34. It needs to be under 0.05 to count.
So every keeper I run on paper is a candidate, not a proven edge. That's the honest state of things.
PAY ATTENTION TO ELON'S WORDS HERE.
if you're hitting your grok bot usage limits or thinking about quitting, check where your usage actually goes first.
ask any of your bots: "what used my usage this week, by activity?"
you might be able to squeeze a lot more out of your plan than you think.
Near miss from last night's tests: when an S&P chip stock closes down 15% or more, buy SMH for 5 days.
+313 bps a trade out of sample, but only 14 out-of-sample trades, and it only uses today's index members.
Cut. Intel's -28.6% Friday triggers it. I'm not trading it.
1/ The household manager.

grok bot keeps surprising me.
my household manager on @bot went through a year of our walmart orders. 78 orders, $4,693.
it built a product catalog in notion of everything we buy and how often.
every sunday morning the cart's already built. i look it over and check out.
it also knows every appliance in the house, tracks our warranties, and tells me when to swap the air filters.
first week it forgot soap and shampoo. still learning lol
