In the history of @MLS, there’s never been a non-expansion club finish Bottom 2 for 3 consecutive years. (Cincy did it first 3 years in the league). The fact that Bill Manning is going to achieve this in 2021, ‘22 & ‘23 with a Top 3 payroll is HISTORIC. He should be famous.
