Terry “Southwest T” Flenory
Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory
Derick “D-Meeks” Meeks.
Southwest Detroit, 1987.
Before the BMF days the trio answered to Edrick “E.D.” Boyd, a New York City native who relocated to Detroit in his youth. E.D. ran the 50 Boyz as a family, and Meech was put in charge of the operation on the streets.
Terry brought innovative ideas to the organization, and proposed the idea of expansion. D-Meeks, known in the show as “B-Mickie,” was a childhood friend of the Flenory’s, and was an enforcer for the crew. The 50 Boyz were seeing anywhere from $30,000-$40,000 daily on the streets.
