At minimum, if you're going to carry out mass deportations you cannot combine that effort with an extreme tariff regime and a Middle Eastern war.
I made this point on election night and have spoken about it previously. Farmers got triple-tapped: tariffs, fuel, and deportations. Wag your finger at farmers all you want, but this is a reality immigration hawks have to live with and come up with solutions for.

This is a formal request for Susie Wiles and James Blair to stop harassing me with texts and calls. If there is a factual inaccuracy in what I said, send it to me in writing and I will vigorously correct and apologize for any misstatements. I will note that everything I said is substantiated by other senior officials. If you want to file a lawsuit and get into discovery of whether it’s provably true that Ballard and Continental had an undue influence on the White House policy process, do it. I believe we are in an existential moment for the country, and Americans were owed an honest accounting of the past two years so we identify the problems we need to move on from.

SENATE LEADERSHIP: With at least four Republicans vowing to block everything the president wants including the Save America Act, no one wants the leadership job. Thune should just call a 10-day recess letting Trump make recess appointments.

The online influencer ecosystem has drifted far from its roots. What began as largely ideology-driven has become almost entirely financially driven. For most of the past year, I’ve been calling for the FTC to update its guidelines so that paid political content faces the same disclosure requirements as paid promotions of commercial products: clothing, food, cosmetics, or anything else. Right now, if someone is paid to support or oppose a candidate or political issue online, no disclosure is required. It’s time for that to change.

I cannot stress how dire the situation is right now. Democrats came just a handful of seats away from outright flipping North Carolina, Georgia, and Texas into Blue trifectas. Republicans only narrowly avoided this by clinging on to the state Senate in each by just a few seats. If we do not flip these states back in 2030, the House of Representatives will be lost for a generation. There is essentially no path to winning back a House majority without maximizing GOP redistricting in the South. Without this to offset Dem gerrymanders in states like Illinois, New York, and California, we’re looking at a scenario where Republicans likely remain locked out of the House until at least 2042, if not longer.
State Navigate: Democrats flip control of the Georgia State House The Georgia State Senate remains Republican with just a one-seat majority.

The Right needs to understand where things currently stand. You took a 100-year loss at the worst time. Grifters and foreign agents aren't going away on their own. If you fail to exile, the only question is whether there is enough time to rebuild after they destroy everything.

They should build data centers on military installations. Work deals to have the AI companies improve the infrastructure and grid of the base and surrounding towns.
A recent federal report found 91.3 million acres of public lands — an area nearly the size of Montana — could be used for data centers. The Trump official overseeing most federal lands has tens of millions invested in the AI industry. propublica.org/article/burgu…

I was already a fan of this move. But the way all the worst people are reacting makes me love it even more.
There isn't one person I know in Congress in the Republican or Democratic party in D.C. who likes this guy. NOT ONE.

Once again, a supposedly “based” minority Republican reveals what they *really* think of the actual Americans they’re supposed to represent. A former senior DOJ official, demanding that young Republicans doxx themselves for the crime of blaspheming her false, Sikh idols. What exactly is the point of this, Harm-Jeet? So that true American patriots can be publicly targeted? So that their lives and careers can be sacrificed to The Great Googly Moogly, or whatever that giant monkey demon you worship is called? Be it so. If this doxxing of Americans is your custom; prepare tweets. But the American nation also has a custom: when foreign, pagan subversives threaten to ruin the lives of our ordinary citizens, we strip them of power and exile their entire bloodline back to the fetid heart of darkness from whence it came. Let us all act according to national custom.
What are you children going to do about it? Also, who are you? Show your faces and tell us how you are going to control who gets to be a Republican.

Even among Hispanic Trump voters, most of the swing came from turnout differences rather than Trump voters flipping. Granted, there’s exceptions to the rule, but the root of what happened in 2026 came from a record breaking turnout gaps.
Republicans lost midterms not because their voters switched sides, but because Democrat turnout was massive

I don’t think consumers realize how many influencers are either getting paid or feds.
“Influencers” used to be a genuine asset for the Republican Party. Most promoted candidates and policies organically, as a side interest rather than a career. When paid promotions happened, the amounts were modest and the content stayed aligned with the party’s agenda. Most of these people had full-time jobs outside politics. That has changed. Over the last few years, large amounts of money, from special interests and foreign sources, have flooded the space. Influencing has become a full-time profession for many, and loyalty has shifted from the agenda to whoever is writing the check. A clear example is this campaign against President Trump’s tariffs on India. Accounts that built their audiences by aligning with the MAGA movement quickly turned against a core policy of that movement. The most plausible explanation is that they were paid to do so by interests lobbying for India. This pattern isn’t isolated. We’ve seen right-wing influencers attack Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the MAHA movement for criticizing soda companies. We’ve seen influencers who long opposed the Ukraine war reverse course and call for the U.S. to send Patriot missiles to Zelensky. The list of such reversals keeps growing. I used to help identify deals for influencers and know this industry well. I never accepted money from foreign governments or companies, or from any domestic interest that opposed the movement I supported. Too many others were willing to sell out. Nearly a year ago I concluded that the industry had gotten out of hand. Since then I’ve been using what I know to work with lawmakers on both sides and with government officials to strengthen disclosure requirements for paid political content. I’m not trying to put influencers out of business, but paid digital advocacy is modern-day lobbying, and it should require disclosure. If you’re paid to promote protein bars, you have to label it a paid partnership. If you’re paid to support or oppose a political issue, no disclosure is currently required. That double standard needs to end.

It was ok when deep state NGOs trafficked humans for money but ICE is bad.
I know the conservatives who are very committed to deporting everyone in the country illegally don't want to hear this, but when you let loose a paramilitary force on American communities that acts with impunity, voters don't like it! Even the voters who want border security!
