All agencies will be required to:

➡️ Justify and publicly disclose employee expenses

➡️ Build a centralized technological system within the agency to seamlessly record every payment

#Eagles GM Howie Roseman will be remembered for signing Saquon Barkley when no one else wanted last offseason.
Roseman also had a swing-and-miss on Bryce Huff, who is guaranteed $34 million and had an underwhelming first season in Philly capped off by being inactive for the Super Bowl.
However—it doesn’t matter because Roseman’s historic offseason will be remembered for the wins rather than the losses, including Zack Baun.
Jerry Jones and the #Cowboys could learn something from that. Don’t be afraid to take “risks” and spend the money because if you’re confident in your abilities to be a GM, your wins will accumulate more than your losses, potentially leading to a Super Bowl.

Glen Doherty: Former Navy SEAL from Encinitas, California, serving as a security officer in Benghazi.
Tyrone Woods: Former Navy SEAL from Imperial Beach, California, also serving as a security officer in Benghazi.
Sean Smith: U.S. State Department information officer and Air Force veteran.
