If democrats are so upset about the Epstein Files, why aren’t they upset about Newsom commuting sentences for pedophiles?

Good news!
A Federal judge just ordered NYC Mayor Mamdani to turn over names & birthdates of men in a Bronx homeless shelter to ICE, despite his sanctuary policies.
ICE is checking who’s here illegally and can be deported. The court said the subpoena stands.
Sanctuary cities don't get to supercede federal laws.
It's time congress take the next couple of months to get normal judges confirmed to combat the incoming onslaught of Democrat bafoonery.

Is anyone still surprised when Democrats get arrested? A Missouri Democrat was ARRESTED THE DAY AFTER HE WON REELECTION with 68% of the vote.
State Rep. Anthony Ealy Jr., 32, is now facing criminal charges after witnesses reported that he caused a disturbance outside a Jefferson City business, referenced having a g*n, and repeatedly threatened violence.
And according to Democratic House leadership, concerns about Ealy had surfaced MONTHS before voters returned him to office.
The incident unfolded Wednesday, November 4, just one day after Ealy secured his third term representing Missouri's 36th House District, which includes Grandview and portions of Jackson County.
Around 11:30 a.m., Jefferson City police responded to the 600 block of East Capitol Avenue after receiving reports that Ealy had trespassed at an apartment and threatened a woman and her husband.
According to the police report, Ealy was allegedly yelling and creating a disturbance outside a nearby business while family members were dealing with arrangements following the death of a relative.
Witnesses described a chaotic confrontation during which the lawmaker reportedly mentioned a firearm, lunged toward the woman's husband, and repeatedly declared, "I'm going to k*ll you."
The couple told investigators that Ealy had allegedly engaged in similar behavior the previous evening.
Multiple witnesses corroborated accounts of the threats and disturbance. The police report also described Ealy as appearing to experience a possible mental health crisis, although no medical diagnosis was established.
Officers located him shortly afterward at his nearby Capitol-area residence and took him into custody.
On Thursday, November 5, Cole County prosecutors confirmed that Ealy had been formally charged with fourth-degree as$ault and disturbing the peace.
He remained in the Cole County Jail without bond as of Friday morning.
Ealy is a licensed attorney and managing partner of Ealy Law, Notary & Consulting. First elected in 2022, he became the youngest representative elected from District 36 and the first Black representative from Grandview.
But the arrest has also drawn attention to concerns Democratic leadership had reportedly raised about the lawmaker earlier this year.
According to Marc Powers, chief of staff for the Missouri House Minority Leader's Office, Ealy was removed from ALL legislative committee assignments last spring so he could focus on personal matters.
Leadership also asked him to consider allowing someone else to run for the seat before he announced his reelection campaign.
Ealy chose to run anyway and defeated Republican challenger Dave Thomas with approximately 68% of the vote.
Democratic leaders have since confirmed that they have no plans to restore his committee assignments for the upcoming legislative session.
A witness to Wednesday's confrontation described the scene as chaotic and upsetting to people grieving a family member, and encouraged Ealy to resign and seek help.
The criminal charges remain pending, and Ealy is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
The arrest leaves Missouri voters with a newly reelected state representative facing criminal prosecution.

Wow. The Democrat Party is openly fascist. They’re not even trying to hide it.
This is seriously evil behavior—and it’s going to become very dangerous.
Don’t forget: these people tortured me in prison. @PatriotPlea
Extortion at the highest level… those are the President's words today, and for once somebody in that building is saying it plainly instead of hiding behind a press release and a room full of lawyers.
Let me explain what happened. Days after Democrats took the House and the Senate, Trump ordered the Justice Department to investigate Democrats threatening his officials and donors with impeachment, imprisonment and every other punishment they can dream up, and he put Senator Elissa Slotkin's name right on it. Slotkin went out in October and talked about going after the people who enabled Trump, and the message was aimed straight at young Republicans… the kids thinking about serving in this administration, the staffers, the people who are not famous and do not have a war chest for legal fees.
Think about that for a second. A sitting United States Senator telling a 26 year old staffer that if you go to work for the President the American people elected, we will come for you when we get the gavel. What do you call that? Because I call it a threat, and I have watched exactly how this works… Jeffrey Clark, John Eastman, Kenneth Chesebro, the alternate electors, the lawyers, the volunteers, people bankrupted and dragged through courtrooms so the next person thinks twice before standing up. Scare the help, starve the bench of good people, and then go on TV and lecture everybody about norms.
And yet the same media that spent four years cheering for lawfare is already crying that Trump is trying to criminalize oversight. Oversight? You mean telling young Americans their lives will be ruined for taking a job serving their country? Come on. It is a stacked deck, and they know it.
Here is the reality. The Democrats just took Congress and the first thing out of their mouths is not lower gas prices or a secure border, it is subpoenas, impeachments, and threats meant to scare people out of public service. They are not serious people. They are not honorable people. They only know power and how to use it on the little guy who cannot fight back.
So good. Investigate it. Every word, every threat, every staffer and donor who was told to back off or else, and make them answer under oath the same way they made everyone else answer.
@realDonaldTrump do not let anyone at DOJ slow walk this one. Protect the young people who said yes to serving this country, and put Slotkin on the record about her threats.
Pray, Stand, Speak, ACT.
Love,
What all of you good people are thinking

Someone needs to explain this.
US Senate controlled by GOP @LeaderJohnThune failed to pass Save America Act.
Republicans controlled all branches of federal government failed to fix our election integrity problem.
Fix this or lose our country!

There is something SO funny 🤣 yet SO disturbing at the same time about Abdul El-Sayed saying he wants to get money out of politics, and then immediately creating a PAC less than one week after winning his election. You all got played.
If the fate of our country wasn’t so devastating and horrific, this would be the funniest comedy ever.
So AIPAC is bad… but Habibi Pac for Muslims who promote Gaza and Iran is good?
Make it make sense.

WOW: An anonymous patriot in Texas with technical expertise has studied election fraud vulnerabilities.
With experience as a poll worker and election judge, what’s their conclusion?
We need a military task force to conduct a secure audit.
Hmm…could be exactly what’s needed.
Replying to @laralogan
Lara, I reached out to governor Abbott asking him to pass our own election integrity bill. I told him about my experience as a poll worker and election judge. I told him my expertise is in network communications and computer tech. I laid out what needs to be done to secure elections in Texas. I told him about chain of custody issues with every polling location that needed to be changed immediately. He and the Texas legislature knows the elections are open to fraud, but chose to do nothing about it.
I have to tell you, I got the same when I showed up to two Republican pricint meetings to speak about election fraud. I think they thought I'd be another uneducated idiot speaking about election fraud, but when I started pointing out where and how elections are being stolen with my technical background, the pricint chair had me pulled off stage after the crowd was cheering what I brought to that meeting. That meeting included election workers from all over North Texas. The room was packed for that event.
I've done my part for both Republicans and Democrats, but I can't drive myself crazy if our representatives and state leaders let it happen.
I believe the only way is with the military. The Democrats think that would be some sort of brown shirt Nazi attack, but these people are our kids. I don't think there is a group of Americans that I'd trust more than the kids we raised who volunteered to defend this nation. The military should be seizing every poll book, every ballot printer, and every tabular for a forensic audit. Every ballot should be siezed and checked for citizenship, to check for dead voters, fraudulent mail-in-ballots.

So the Senate and @LeaderJohnThune had 2 years to get 'er done... many of us were begging him to use the nuclear option and pass the Save America Act.
But no, the Senate was too busy being "principled" to save our country.
And now, guess who is talking about repealing the filibuster? Yep, the Democrats. And just as many of us warned Thune, the other side will repeal it as soon as they have an opportunity. The opportunity is here, and I predict it will take them no more than one month after they assume office before the filibuster is repealed.
After that, nothing will stop them except President Trump's veto (but he has no power to hold them back from nuking the filibuster).
We need to start praying right now that the Democrats do not win in 2028 or we're done as a country.
