Bill Belichick was asked:
"What are your main principles for success?"
He gave 4 rules. Simple. Clear.
These principles work in football, business, and life.
Here's what he said and why it matters:🧵

What a travesty! Who’s the genius who decided to use the Double Base in @NCAABaseball ?
I’m wondering how I never got hurt with the single 1st base having played for almost 30 years. This is truly embarrassing for the game of baseball! #shegone @notgaetti @BobFile @twuench @billdubs @SliderDominate @ROXSystem @BLocsports @VictorRojas @DMEASrecruiting @TheRealJHair @GDBJr5 @RVGDag @AMBS_Kernan @SalMarinello @wg22659 @Dutch_Oven45 @BackWoodRebel39

Hitters: Start however you'd like in your setup, but if you don't get to here at release or a little after, you will struggle.
Load to see the ball. Don't see the ball to load! The eyes have it!
▪️See the ball
▪️Get a good pitch
▪️Be on time

Ask yourself truthfully: Do you train like this, or do you hit a ball and then instantly check the HitTrax? Head stays down and holds the finish. Not spinning to hit a higher number. One of the best bat to ball hitters ever. Consistent success leaves clues.
