I called FBBE and was told they’re paying attention to all the issues going on in the other jurisdictions today.
I asked if we should call/write in about any concerns we now have from the growing issues, they said yes. REPORT YOUR CONCERNS!!!

Hey @JosephPatrice this exam is already off the rails. password issues from the start. Facial rec issues, AI issues, exam start time issues, comps freezing, and one person informed only an hour before the exam their photo was unacceptable.

We've had one examinee told their mock exam photo was unacceptable just over an hour before the exam and one who had to withdraw because ExamSoft's monitoring software didn't work (with other similar reports coming in). This exam is already keeping people out. #onlinebarday1

It seems as though @ExamSoft is keeping recordings of our "mock exams" and any customer service agent can review the footage.
Why is @ExamSoft keeping these videos if the only point of recording video footage for the "mock exams" is to ensure that the function works?

I just took the mock and for me it actually worked out decently. For others, it did not. Whether one is fortunate enough to get through the exam without tech problems is a matter of luck, not competence to be an attorney.

Ok @ExamSoft support told me to “sit directly in front of a lighting source such as a lamp.” I’m receiving the same issue preventing me from completing the NY UBE mock exam. Facial recognition technology is racist. @DiplomaPriv4All do y’all think I have “adequate lighting”?

Today I tested the Examplify software for the Florida Bar Exam and it failed miserably. @ExamSoft assured us that the software would work and that they would be attentive to technical support issues, but both are false. #Floridabar #FBBE #Bar2020 #examsoft
