@agoda I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved. You fail to uphold a booking and harass the customer asking for unnecessary details when you should simply be apologising and issuing a refund immediately. Stop lying about the hotel not responding. I have spoken to the hotel

@agoda Agoda Booking ID 664137933 - a year old case with no refund! Agoda advertised a hotel that's not affiliated to Agoda or so I've been told (by the hotel) My booking was refused as it was not on their system. I have a recording of the same!

@agoda The hotel does not have my reservation. You keep using the hotel as an excuse. I was told by the hotel that they are not listed with Agoda. What scam are you running?! Issue my refund immediately.
@agoda you have listed a hotel on your portal that doesn't have a contract with you. The hotel acknowledged that I do not have a booking with them and refused to give me a room. I had to find an alternate with no choice. Rest in comments!
The error is on your part for mismanaging the hotels in your portal.Instead of resolving my situation and giving me a full refund, you're further harassing me with additional requests while buying time saying you're unable to reach the hotel, which is a lie.
