@UberEats yet again absolutely shocking customer service from their UK delivery and customer call team. Their delivery driver blatently jacked a massive bag of @McDonalds delivery and their policy means they can’t do anything about it! What a wonderful end to the day!
They also can’t provide information about the delivery drivers attempt to deliver, the coordinates of where it was “delivered”. @McDonalds need to get a grip on these brazen chancers robbing food!
