I thought having a job after school would mean getting trained and performing specific tasks. Being effective in a job means continuing to learn everyday.
In my PhD program I often felt WHAT I was learning was the most important, but HOW I learned is what has been key for me.

We, the @smaldonelab are working with other labs at UT Dallas as part of a non-profit organization maskson.org to help fight Covid-19 through 3D printing medical devices to assist local hospitals. As scientists it is our job use our expertise to help those around us.
