Dear @EGYPTAIR - 3 suitcases missing after our family's flights MS43 and MS877 to Abuja on 18 Oct. We filed a PIR at the airport and emailed baggage services, but after 24+ hours we've had no update, response or acknowledgement. Please help urgently with tracing and delivery.
