Derek Bostic

Brothers got to be reunited this weekend. @CassiusBostic25, you granted baby brother this opportunity to travel to Colorado to see you play. Keep making dreams come true!

The reps aren’t given. The trust isn’t given. You have to EARN both. Week by week, @CassiusBostic25 is doing exactly that. Every snap is another opportunity to prepare for the next step,@AF_Football Keep stacking days! @e43fitness

Air Force Prep took the loss against Navy Prep, but we are Building trust, the coaches trust every week. Keep working, @CassiusBostic25. And Malcolm continues to use NOTHING BUT HANDS!! 🙌🏾 Keep working! Bostic boys getting better! one week at a time. @e43fitness

Great week of football for the Bostic’s, from Greensboro to Utah. Hard work paying off the field is showing up on the field. Keep up the good work @CassiusBostic25 . @e43fitness @AF_Football

Watching Cassius’ journey continue at the Air Force Prep Academy has been special. Now lining up at fullback, he continues to embrace every challenge put in front of him. New position. New level. Same discipline. Same work ethic. We’ve been doing this for years, just play ball son, I’ll be in the stands enjoying the show. @e43fitness

THE PROCESS 🔥 This video means more to me because I wasn’t there. I told him to train on his own and send me a video so I could check his form. That initial pickup is still horrible but that’s part of the process. He’s getting stronger. His form is getting better. But what I’m most proud of is watching him think, adjust, and figure it out on his own. 🔥 Love the journey. Love the process. Keep sharpening the blade. @e43fitness

This young man is putting in work on the other side of the country as we speak. Looking forward to posting highlights. Keep getting better @CassiusBostic25 while at the Air Force Preparatory Academy.

DTL Fitness has never been just about lifting weights. It’s about what happens when you train together. When your boys see you working beside them. When discipline becomes normal. When showing up becomes the standard. We’re building strength, speed and athleticism—but more importantly, we’re building young men who understand discipline, accountability, consistency and leadership. Some of the best conversations happen between sets. Some of the best lessons are taught without saying a word. Train with them. Challenge them. Lead them. That’s the DTL Fitness lifestyle. BUILD THE BODY. BUILD THE MIND. BUILD THE LEADER. 🐆 #DTLFitness #StackDays #PutInTheWork #BuildLeaders #FatherAndSons

Today’s chalkboard wasn’t just another workout—it was a commitment. Every check mark represents another set completed. Another opportunity to get better. Talent opens doors, but discipline keeps them open. Proud of the young man he’s becoming. The goal isn’t to be better than everyone else, it’s to be better than he was yesterday.

Work!

He got next! We are rinsing and repeating, not changing a thing. @CassiusBostic25 proved that the process worked. @e43fitness @WhirlieFootball
