The Dijkstra hard fork won't switch Leios on by itself. Per IOG, pools first register BLS voting keys, and Leios needs roughly 90-95% of stake registered. It starts at 3-5x today's 4.5 TxkB/s, then aims for 10-15x through at least two parameter votes.
No fork date yet.
