There are no “perfect”, “easy” classes! Every class has challenges!! It’s how you choose to talk about your kiddos to coworkers, champion for them, build them up so they become better, demand they are only seen in a positive light that matters!!

I get to see first hand the incredible work the counselors in each building do daily to support kids! 🌟
I also get to see the drastic increase in students that need mental health support over the last few years.

And if that’s not enough- I see the reactive side of the mental health crisis with our students with a fire fighter for a husband. (*no name or personal information has ever been disclosed)
In my opinion- there can never be enough support for mental health!!

This grant is HUGE for our students and the mental health of each student that needs help!
Thankful for a LT. Governor who supports mental health!! I’m hoping other adults with specific decision making power also see the importance of this grant!💚🌟

Today @Daniel1Teach came to TCE to teach our 2nd graders about states of matter, & chemical & physical reactions. We watched how a popcorn kernel goes though a chemical reaction as it pops into popcorn. We also watched the physical reaction as butter melted! #TCECardinals

When science and reading happen together rather than in isolation the learning truly happens!!
One engaging/interactive lesson can spark so much curiosity and wonder that it leads students to intrinsically want to learn more!!
