Are you a parent/caregiver to an #autistic individual who has had difficulty maintaining social and/or romantic relationships? Have you supported them through a breakup? Your insights could be very helpful (Online interview - 1 hour) - Email address is in the image on this tweet!
If you're an #autistic individual and recognise you may have, in the past, engaged in the persistent pursuit of a person (some call this stalking-type behaviours) I would like to interview you for my PhD. Your insights could be incredibly useful! Drop me an email (in the image).

I deeply appreciate the opportunity, yesterday, to talk to students and professionals from many life experiences at @SalfordUni about ASD and Stalking Behaviours. I took a lot of notes on what individuals shared and I will be going deeper into the research base.
Looking forward to delivering my first lecture at @SalfordUni in March - details attached!
In March, I shall be delivering a newly adapted presentation that may be of interest for those whom work in Child Protection and have an interest in Autistic Individuals and stalking behaviours - sign up here - tinyurl.com/4m36txjb
Just like that, the first term of my PhD is over. As I reflect over the Christmas break, I can only hear myself telling myself to go deeper, think clearer, and be better. I will, for now, enjoy my domino games, mince pies and walks. Be kind to yourselves.
A great part of my work is educating younger people about it. I am very thankful to present the @ACR_Trust Recognising and Responding to Stalking materials to young individuals. Raising awareness to young people contributes towards putting an end to stalking behaviours.
It was a real privilege to present at the @ACR_Trust 2025 conference. Important, required and very much a boost to our professional efforts in making discoveries in the field of Stalking Behaviours. Grateful for the invitation and people/advocates/professionals/academics I met.
I am thankful for the opportunity to present in Manchester as part of the ESRC Festival of Social Science. I am grateful for the invitation and really enjoyed the thoughtful conversations that I had at the event.
I look forward to speaking at the @ACR_Trust annual conference on November 5th and supporting a Research Bites session and Q&A on November 6th - tickettailor.com/events/alic…

This work was done with important contributions from @RachCWheatley (thank you)
It was a true honour to deliver a talk to HMPPS teams in the Southeast and East of the UK today on the research around stalking behaviours. Some tremendous questions and insights were given by a brilliant audience.
It was a real pleasure and honour to speak today at the @KlinefeltersUK Annual Conference about my recent (in peer review) review concerning Klinefelter's Syndrome and Criminal Justice (with support from Dr Georgia Harris & Dr Rachael Wheatley). Some excellent questions fielded!
I am pleased to share that this summer I shall begin my program for a Doctorate of Philosophy in Applied Psychology at @SalfordUni. Now it's time to get back to reading, writing & discovering new knowledge.
Pleased to share my latest published work - Using critical discursive psychology, we analyzed how criminal justice system actors were invoked concerning common psychological issues and implications for parole boards and practice are included: ugp.rug.nl/cadaad/article/vi…
