Basketball is simple.
The ball doesn’t lie.
Effort doesn’t lie.
Discipline doesn’t lie.
But here’s the confusing part:
Winning isn’t guaranteed—even if you do everything right.
Teach your players this:
Control what *you* can control. Win or lose, character outlast

Missing team atmosphere when your season ends is normal. Being part of a team is a special, unique & humbling experience. Use it to guide your future. The amount of work you put into a team to contribute to its success should be the baseline for every other endeavor in your life!

If you won a big game recently, congrats! If not, don’t get me wrong, I hate losing, but if that’s the worse thing that has happened to you lately, keep it all in perspective. A game will never define you. Whether you win or lose a game, the process of becoming great never stops!
